Pros: We loved the castle view. The apartment had everything we needed inside. And all the steps were a great workout for us.

Cons: As a heavier person, I did have some backpain from the bed. We missed a terrace to sit outside. We just sat in front of the house.

Very comfortable stay

Pros: Very comfortable apartment located in the heart of a beautiful little town of Caccamo, within walking distance from the medieval castle dominating the panorama of the village, the historical churches and restaurants. Breakfast served in a cafe/bar in the main street was exactly what I would expect from a typical Italian breakfast. A very friendly and helpful owner completes the list of pros. And if you wanted to break away from the sightseeing and go to the beach, it is located 15 minutes' drive down.

Comfortable and charming stay in a great location.

Pros: Breakfast was provided in a wonderful café just down the steps near where my car was parked. I indulged in a custard-filled doughnut with added sugar - lovely!

Cons: Nothing at all, it was really charming and the accommodation was a 2-roomed apartment with kitchen and dining room (which I didn't use). I also had a view of the castle from my bedroom window.

Pros: Our host was flexible with late check-in. The location is wonderful in a very nice village, very close to the Castle Caccamo and bars and restaurants where you can meet mainly local people instead of tourists. Our best stay in Sicily.

Cons: The beds were not very comfortable. Otherwise everything was fine.

Pros: Very nice place, in beautiful small mountain village. We booked last minute from the road so we needed to wait little for the host but it was not a problem.

Pros: The accommodation is located in a small, neat town in a beautiful location, right opposite an ancient fortress. In front of the room there is a patio with a table and chairs for breakfast, a drink or relaxation. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay, including the possibility to prepare food, coffee, tea, etc. Breakfast is at the wonderful Royal Cafe and was uniquely delicious. Communication with the hosts is easy and productive. The owner also directed us to where there are open restaurants, where we later found him having dinner himself. The town is uniquely beautiful, we will come back again!

Cons: The single bed room was cold and there was nothing to heat it with.
