One of the best hotels I have stayed at

Pros: This beautiful property is new with sea views from the roof garden and a 1 minute walk to a stunning beach with crystal clear waters sheltered by mountains. The charming town and many restaurants are on your doorstep. Francesco is a fabulous host. He is very prompt in communication and very welcoming. He and his team took care of everything from airport transfers to organising local tours. The property, designed by Francesco, is beautiful in its blend of Arabic and Sicilian architecture. The courtyard garden is stunning and transports you to Morocco. A special mention for the breakfast which includes local specialties. It’s one of the best breakfasts my family have ever had. Better than many 5 star hotels. Francesco explains the menu which changes daily. The family room was clean, large and the shower was excellent. We stayed with our young daughter. We stayed for a week and look forward to returning.

Highly recommended property a stone's throw from beautiful beaches

Pros: Perfect location for the beaches and for boat outings from the port. Owner and staff were exceptional in every respect: explaining facilities in property and in town, app with recommendations for restaurants complete with links to Trip Advisor reviews, help with breakfast, organising boat excursions and car parking. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was large and very clean. Beautiful courtyard where breakfast was served and for relaxation, lovely rooftop terrace with loungers, easy chairs and spectacular views. Beach towels provided daily. Can't recommend highly enough.

Cons: The property is in a traffic-free zone. It is necessary to pre-register the car registration number in order to avoid a fine. The owner arranged this using WhatsApp a few days before arrival. It is not possible to park at or near the property. There is free street parking on the outskirts of the town, but some distance away. Alternatively, there is an arrangement with a car parking company. They take the car away after luggage has been delivered, and bring the car back within 10 minutes on demand, taking it away again after use. This cost €12 a day, but was very convenient. The lack of parking at the property had absolutely no adverse effect on our brilliant holiday.

Perfect and Lovely Place for a Family

Pros: We visited San Vito lo Capo and had an unforgettable stay at the Riad. Giuseppe and his crew are doing a great job, creating a familiar atmosphere. The Riad itself does have many lovely details, the patio is just amazing, as well as the roof top floor. The breakfast with local pastry, fresh fruits and egg variations gave us a perfect start to the day. The beach is just a short walk from the Riad and restaurants are nearby. We will come back to this lovely place.

A lovely stay in San Vito

Pros: Amazing value, Francesco went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. He was very helpful with local recommendations. Gorgeous property and extremely clean. The breakfast was incredible and served in the courtyard for a luxurious experience. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Where do I even start - my wife and I had the privilege to spend 3 nights in this beautiful place. The room was airconditioned, which in August, is an absolute must. The hospitality received from Francesco and his team is unrivaled - the trip would have been great, but because of them and their friendliness, it became unforgettable! Breakfast was delicious and Francesco takes time to explain where it is from and the significance to the region. The location could not be better, with the public beach right in front of the property, or if you opt for a lido, you’ll be within a stone’s throw from it all. All in all it was a great place to stay and we could not have asked for better - the communication was clear from the start, the hospitality was incredible and the memories created will live forever..in short..go ahead and confirm your booking!
