Good and fairly priced location in Palermo a few steps from the sea.

Pros: Very clean and just a few steps from the seaside, behind Palazzo Butera. If you can, book the room with the balcony to enjoy your coffee there in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, so worth it. No breakfast proposed, but there is a small kitchenette in the hall with the free coffee facilities, so if you buy some cannoli (there is a mini-fridge in the room to keep them fresh!) you can enjoy your breakfast on the little balcony! Good value for money.

Cons: The owners are lovely people but do not speak English at all. Only Italian. While it wasn’t an issue for us since we spoke some Italian, it could be for anyone that doesn’t. From this perspective, the owners could provide clear check-in/check-out instructions (and perhaps some local dining & other useful tips) in English via Booking or whatsup (with Chat GPT nowadays this shouldn’t be an issue!)

Very good apartment in a great location, walking distance to the center.

Pros: Very good room in a great location, walking distance to the center. A bonus is a free espresso machine. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. The bathroom is also neat and clean

Cons: entrance lock is little tricky, so try to insert key in other way if not open

Pros: Very nice and big room. Really close to the centre and also to the bay.

Cons: There were a few ants in the bathroom and even though the staff were nice and wanted to help they didn't speak english so we communicated with google translate

Pros: The location is perfect in many aspects. Relatively calm area in the city center. The room was quite clean. I’d highly recommend this place.

Ideal location, close to the center, peaceful area right by the sea.

Pros: The host was really nice and helpful. The location is perfect just a quick walk from the Main part of the town but in a quiet area so you have peace. It’s located right behind the Giardino Garibaldi park so in the morning you get to walk by birds chirping and around the corner from the sea.

Pros: Great, local, central, quite place, big, sunny room with heating. Very recommended for both short and longer stay!! Very open and friendly owner - grazie mille <3 we will come back for sure!

Cons: Bath cabin needs refurbishing but all the rest was perfect :)
