Pros: The location is great (if on foot). Nice view from the top floor rooms. The staff (who you'll never see) are very responsive to WhatsApp communications. Great onsite parking

Cons: There was no kettle. The parking/location is tricky to find if driving.

Highly recommended!

Pros: Let's start from the location, which is at the perfect spot. Practically inside the historical centre, just in the middle of the distance from the main pedestrian road and the marina. Bear in mind that Castellammare has altitude difference between these places. The room was spacious, very clean and well equipped. The balcony had a nice view to the garden and a bit of sea. Parking was extremely helpful especially when Castellammare has so narrow roads. The stuff (we communicated via WhatsApp and telephone) was really helpful and kind. They also arranged our car entrance inside the ZTL zone (it was required to enter the facility's parking), which otherwise is forbidden. Overall a great experience and a really nice place to stay in Castellammare! Thank you!

Cons: Just something to mention here that happened one day of our stay. I have never experienced a so early cleaning service (08:30) which was also a little too noisy for so early in the morning. The ladies were cleaning other (probably empty) rooms but trying to sleep with the noise that resembles someone moving out, is at least difficult.

Great first night option

Pros: Communication was prompt and very helpful especially given our late arrival post 9pm. Great on site parking. Room was very quiet and comfortable, and the balcony with views over the harbour was lovely.

Cons: Was a bit of an adventure navigating our way to the hotel on the first approach, but mainly due to the central location in the old part of the town.

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Great location. Check in was a little difficult with no representative on site. We're 70 years old and not as familiar with the technology used for check in as some others may be.

Cons: Difficult to find with the GPS

Tutto perfetto

Consigliatissimo.

Cons: Niente.
