Love love love! The hosts are kind and sociable, the farm house is secluded & comfortable

Pros: Peaceful, comfortable, clean, delicious breakfast & home cooked meals

Cons: Road to the farm house was a little bumpy, but doable.

Superb. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a typical Sicilian rural farmstay.

Pros: Everything from arrival to departure was perfect. Maria and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts and exceptional cooks. Dinner was spectacularly good, with our only regret that it wasn't available every night! Breakfast was truly historic. Easily the best spread that we had in Sicily and definitely in our top three from all our worldwide travels.

Cons: One small issue with the bathroom 'flooding' after each shower, but really no major problem. The road up to the property is a bit challenging in terms of surface, but no more so than many off the beaten track locations in Sicily!

Pros: Slow time on a human scale. There is no artifice of creating an experience that is just-so or contrived to be elaborately perfect. Simple things done very well for the good of them being done that way. Excellent food, room and conversation. Relax and run with your stay, you are with people not staff. Such is life, as it is and as it can be.

Pros: It has been a great place with unbelievable hospitality, great meals (dinner and breakfast). And undoubtedly if we come again to Sicily we will try to book to this place.

Pros: Terre di Himera is a with impeccable taste renovated cottage home, the interior is amazing, the garden is lovely. The very best of the place is the hosting couple, who care very nice for their guests. If possible, one should try to get the Sicilian dinner, that is served two times a week, it´s simply breathtaking! The local products, that are also available, like extraordinarily fine cosmetic, olive oil and honey are perfect take-aways. we were very happy in Himera, and would come back anytime!

Cons: In comparison with similar offers in Sicily Terre di Himera seems to be slightly overpaid at first sight. But the warmth of the hosts and the outstanding food offer compensates that very well...
