Cons: This house is over a hill so if you have many baggage without car, it would be a challenge to carry them all

Pros: Incredibly warm and friendly welcome, wonderful hostess and the rest of the staff. Everything is clean and comfortable, we left the best impressions and highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: The owner is really nice and kind and care for ger guest. Well appreciated since day 1 . She even bring local food not only on day one to her guests but many times depending on how long you stay. Exceptional owner and very nice also.

Cons: Up a little hill, not 10 min walk like add said but more like 20min walk to the beach. Faster to go to beach since you go downhill by walk. To come back to the place its uphill little so more hard but not extreme, but if you rent a car or use Lime or link e-bikes more easy. Another issue is that if there are three other guests since you share common kitchen (not room) there is enough place for three car but you need toanage with other guests to get out since its a long one lane path.The only other little thing that could be added to bathroom is a place to hold your pharmacy stuff since there is none to hold your toothbrush etc etc...and mayb more hangers for towels could be nice also.

Pros: The host was very nice, very responsive over whatsapp. On the breakfast bar there was always some food, even arancine once. We could check in early and we could even leave our luggage there after check out since we had our flight back late in the evening. The rooms are clean, the kitchen has everything you need to make a quick meal. There are only three rooms, so even though it is a shared space, it is comfortable and never overcrowded. The terrace is nice, you can see the entire mondello from the street since it is on a bit of a hill.

Cons: The rooms are dark, since the windows face the back of the house and light does not peak through it. But if you're gonna be out of the house the entire day, it isn't much of a problem. The location is not great if you don't have your own car. So i would strongly recommend renting a car. The water is not drinkable from the tap, so you have to buy bottles of water. The host leaves out some water bottles in the fridge, but does not refill them frequent enough. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear everything, even the dog walking around upstairs. But honestly, if you just need a good place to sleep, it is quiet in the night, so not a problem (if you're not too demanding)

Pienamente soddisfatta

Pros: Molto accogliente e pulito. Personale disponibilissimo e gentile. Posizione ottima per raggiungere il mare. Lo consiglio!

Boa escolha

Pros: Localização numa zona sossegada, por estar mais alta dispõe de vistas interessantes, até Palermo, relativamente perto da praia e da restauração - cerca de 15' a pé, com estacionamento dentro e fácil fora. Cozinha muito bem equipada e todo o espaço interior e exterior estava muito bem e era confortavel.

Cons: Na casa de banho precisam de arranjar a torneira do lavatorio e a protecção do duche; Isto não foi problema, apenas deve ser revisto.
