Great place to stay in Palermo

Pros: Great location a short walk from the old town and all the sights and restaurants. The room was a good size and great facilities. Communications with the hotel were very good and clear. Claudia was fantastic at welcoming us and showing how to access the building. She also gave us recommendations for great places to eat. Oh, a nice balcony outside the room which was great for an evening drink. It is also very straightforward to get to from the train station

Pros: Perfect location in the middle of the city, just nearby main street, double security doors on entrance. Very welcome and warm hosting, nice and clean room, big bathroom space and balkony for smokers, would recommend breakfast as well as good value for price, they even met our requirements of very early breakfast on the last day. Grazie!

I will be back as - loved it. Such a perfect location too.

Pros: We are quite particular as travellers yet I CANNOT fault the Customer Service at all - we had loads of questions and queries (before and during our stay!) and even got locked out yet EVERY time we asked a question etc we were met with faultless and most prompt Customer Service. Thank you.

Cons: Shucks - they didn’t leave champagne or a million dollars for us to go and spend?!!!!! Could NOT fault this place - everything we wanted.

Pros: The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, and the check in instructions very clear and communicated in good time. There's even a sauna and jacuzzi in the room which we never got to use. Overall a very positive experience.

Cons: The room sauna has a limited time operation and needs to be switched on by the host in advance. Curtains not black out ones.
