A must stop during your island tour

Pros: A true countryside manor amidst the family wine fields. Atop a hill surrounded by wine yards this tranquil place seems to be a must stop while touring Sicily. Rooms are well decorated in an Italian farmhouse style.

Cons: Not recently renovated yet in perfect conditions.

Absolute paradise

Pros: This is by far the most beautiful place of our trip through Italy & Sicily. The building, the pool, the garden, all so well looked after. It’s like a little paradise. Great host and a warm welcome.

Calm - rustic - reloading energies - open fire - very human!

Pros: Costanza is very friendly and helpfull. We had a magnificent dinner and good breakfast! The beds are very comfortable and spacious. Overall very clean! There is even an anti-mosquitoe device. This is a heavenly place, ideal to start your Sicilian Tour out of busy Palermo (1/2hr distance).

Cons: Little remark: Maybe we have missed a shower (to refresh quickly) but we had a bath!

Pros: Lovely staff who were very kind and helpful. The whole estate was breathtaking! The nature, garden and building was stunning. The whole group was very sad leaving. We will definitely come back.

If you want to stay in an Agriturismo in western Sicily, stay at Masseria Pernice. We did for a week

Pros: This is my very first review. Masseria Pernice is an experience that is created with the loving attention of brother and sister, Paolo and Constanza. It is not just the beautifully inviting and lush environs of the property, but the personal attention and gracious hospitality one receives. The ambiance of breakfast poolside, the ‘old world’ comfort of the rooms, courtyards, in-buildings, out-buildings, gardens, and more feel like being guests in a noble’s estate. If you are able, ask to have dinner prepared for you to eat under the stars. You will taste traditional delicacies of Sicily handed down for generations. Beyond compare.

Cons: Our schedule did not allow us to stay here longer.

Pros: C’est un endroit vivant, chargé d’un passé encore récent et qui s’adapte au monde contemporain tout en conservant une certaine aristocratie

Pros: Tutto oltre le aspettative! Dalla struttura che è un vero sogno, con una piscina mozzafiato immersa nel verde, alla gentilezza di Costanza e Paolo e come non citare la cena fatta nel cortile interno, super consigliata! Pura estasi!

Pros: Cudowne ogród z basenem, gdzie naprawdę można odpocząć w spokoju. Śpiew ptaków i szelest drzew😁 Wracając do basenu, piękny zielony kolor pomalowanego wnętrza, przeznaczony dla wszystkich miłośników wodnego szaleństwa, gdyż z jednej strony ma głębokości ponad 2m, oraz płytszy z drugiej. Temperatury łagodniejsze od pozostałych części wyspy, wynikające z wysokości położenia obiektu oraz lekkiego wiatru który może się pojawiać.

Cons: Pokoje na piętrze mają malutkie okna u dołu skośnego dachu, co powoduje, że światło nie wpada do wnętrza i jest bardzo ciemno. Pokoje wymagające remontu, oraz wyposażenie lekko się psujące (toaleta pracująca jak grzmot silników odrzutowych). Śniadania w obiekcie bardzo słabe, nieurozmaicone. Okolica i drogi dojazdowe wręcz przerażające (bardzo dziurawe, oraz mnóstwo śmieci).

Relax absoluto en medio del campo

Pros: Bonita finca con una agradabilísima piscina y una casa antigua muy amplia y bien conservada. Los árboles que la rodean son maravillosos. Mucha paz para relajarse. Las habitaciones muy amplias.

Cons: Aunque el baño es amplio, no tiene ducha y la bañera está debajo del techo inclinado, por lo que es difícil ducharse sin darse un golpe con las vigas de madera. Había algo de polvo en las zonas comunes.
