Case Vacanza Cipriano spacious apartment and cosy studio monolocale

Our stay was made even more fabulous by our hosts at Casa Cipriano. We will definitely go back.

Pros: Casa Cipriano is a beautiful property, very nicely done up. It was well equipped and if there was anything that you needed that was not in the property, the hosts Patrizia and Franco would gladly provide it. These people are the nicest, more welcoming and attentive I have ever encountered. My husband and I went to a wedding not far from where Casa Cipriano is, when we asked our hosts for a taxi number, to take and pick us up from the wedding, they offered to take and pick us up themselves. They would not have it any other way, and true to their word, they did. They are so kind and helpful.

Cons: There was nothing about the property I didn’t like.

Pros: What the basement accommodation lacked in size and comfort was more than compensated for by passion and friendliness of the owners. They were very communicative with helpful and clear instructions. They were welcoming and friendly when we finally met and tolerant of our lack of communication due to phone troubles. Treats (wine, fruit etc...) waiting in the studio were a lovely gesture and the comprehensive chat regarding local facilities went a long way in ensuring our stay was a very pleasant one.

Cons: Rushing on our behalf meant that we didn't realise that the accommodation was in a basement and whilst efforts to make it homely went a long way to compensate for this fact, it is a little claustrophobic. Sleeping was on a small fold out sofa-bed which being both approx 6' tall was problematic due to it being very basic and small. With hindsight, we'd have been better suited to the larger accommodation upstairs....note to self...slow down and check all the details!

Perfect stay!

Pros: We have stayed in many properties all over Europe, however Patricia and Franco’s studio apartment is by far the best place we have stayed! The level of care, thought and detail put into this apartment is tremendous. The apartment has everything you need to have a great stay, from a full kitchen set up to a washing machine and clothes rack. All rooms/equipment are in perfect working condition and all kept very clean/maintained. The town of Torretta is small, however has a great charm to it and we felt very welcomed. Lastly, Patricia and Franco were the kindest hosts we have ever met throughout our travels. They went up and out of their way to accommodate us and help us in any way they could. We will definitely come back to stay in this apartment whenever we are in Sicily and strongly advise you to as well (you won’t regret it!).

Pittoreskissa vuoristokylässä ihanien ihmisten vuokraama kiva yksiö.

Pros: Omistajat ovat aivan ihania ja viestittely heidän kanssaan sujui erinomaisesti. He olivat huomaavaisesti laittaneet jääkaappiin hedelmiä ja heiltä oli myös pullovettä, mikä tuolla oli aivan tarpeen. Asunto on kivan viihtyisä, ja vaikka siinä oli pieni keittiöosa, meillä oli tarvittavat mukavaan oleskeluun. Vuokra-autolle oli paikka aivan asunnon vieressä, mikä oli aivan ehdoton. Kylän kadut ovat kapet joten paikalle kannattaa mennä pienehköllä autolla. Saimme hyviä vinkkejä lähikaupoista ja muista kylän kohteista missä kannattaa käydä. Samoin meistä pidettiin huolta vaikkapa niin, että kun olimme puhuneet menevämme Etnalle, minulle laitettiin huomaavaisesti varoitus samana aamuna olleesta purkauksesta. Tällaista pyyteetöntä ystävällisyyttä harvoin saa osakseen. Ilmalämpöpumpun viilennys oli aivan ehdoton, kun päivällä lämpötila oli pitkälti yli 30 ja yölläkin yli 25.

Cons: Tämä ei johtunut asunnosta, mutta kylässä oli aika meluisaa vielä iltakymmenenkin jälkeen, kun me olisimme jo menneet nukkumaan. Johtui varmaan silloin olleesta teemaviikosta.

Great place to stay :)

Pros: The hosts were amazing and so kind. The studio is beautifully decorated and with everything you need to spend time in there. You also have all the services just around the corner: minimarket, bakery and restaurant.

Toller Urlaub in einem kleinen Bergdorf

Pros: Wir würden sehr freundlich bei Ankunft mitten in der Nacht persönlich von patrizia und franco empfangen. Es ist ein kleines nettes 1 Zimmer Appartment mit einem Schlafsofa dass definitv gross genug für 2 Personen ist, die küche und auch das Badezimmer sind voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht . Selbst der kühlschrank war bei Ankunft mit Wasser Wein und frischen Obst gefüllt. Die ganzen Ausflugs -und Restauranttipps von Patricia waren auch alle ein Volltreffer . . Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Woche auf Sizilien.

Cons: Wenn man nur mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln reisen möchte ... ist die Lage Schwierig .. Aber mit mitwagen ist man sehr schnell an vielen touri-hotspots ☺️
