Pros: The host was absolutely lovely, available and helpful. The house was equipped with everything: air-con, wifi laundry machine, cleaning products, etc. The toilet was well equipped, including with shampoo, shower gel, sufficient toilet paper, towels etc. The kitchen had all mecessary utensils, such as coffee machine, microwave, kettle, basic cooking items (salt, olive oil, etc), washing up products, etc. The terrace upstairs was pleasant. The house doesn't have much sun light but in the summer it was better this way, as it did not get overly hot. We had a lovely time!

Pros: We were very pleased with our stay. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. Huge rooms with a very nice terrace. The location is a separate bark. All beaches, stores, restaurants, bus station in walking distance maximum 15-20 minutes quiet walk. Hospitality as well as response time to questions at the highest level. Our best recommendation. With pleasure we would like to return again and again. Bravo Francesco!

Pros: Very well kept apartment with full home furnishings: iron, ironing board, stuff for cooking etc.

Pros: Well equipped- like at home,washing machine, iron with board, hairdryer. There is nice top floor patio where we had cigarettes.The apartment is very close to airport but there was no noise or disturbance. Nice and responsive owner. We can recommend.

Great place to relax.

Pros: The unit was so clean and well presented. The fresh smell hit you as soon as you walked into the room. The living area was quite roomy and it had a real Sicilian feel.

Cons: The bed was a bit stinky in the middle. It’s also not beachside as advertised, this wasn’t a problem as we thoroughly enjoyed the walk to the beach.

Pros: The host got us a gift and we used the transfer service which was right on time. He was also very helpful.

Lovely Apartment in Gorgeous Terrasini

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay at SinyHouse! Fabio was wonderfully responsive and picked us up from the airport (well worth it). Terrasini was a joy and the apartment is very well located to walk to everything (grocery store, beach, coffee shops, restaurants, etc). The rooftop terrace is a wonderfully private space with a view of the sea and a brilliant view of the mountain. It was great to be able to cook for ourselves, do dishes easily, and do laundry. Highly recommended!

Pros: Obiekt zadbany, czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, niczego nie brakowało, można sobie gotować, podgrzewać, piec: jest kuchenka elektryczna z piekarnikiem oraz mikrofalówka, żeby podgrzewać. Blisko do 2 plaż, pod domem piekarnia, świeże pieczywo. Łóżko bardzo wygodne. Taras ok, internet dobry. Okolica bardzo klimatyczna. Gospodarz Fabio dba o gości jest w stałym kontakcie. Jest możliwość transferu z lotniska.
