Nice apartment in a lovely small town close to Palermo, a tidy quiet enclave from the chaotic town

Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious, and located close to the beach and station so easy to visit Palermo. The host was very helpful and responsive.

Cons: There was a market on the day we stayed so needed to move our car or we would have been blocked in

Pros: Beautifully decorated, cosy flat, well equipped even with intimate hygiene gel! AC working perfectly and heating the flat fast in Feb. Recycling well organised. Friendly, Eng speaking staff. Really worth staying at!

Pros: Max is super host and the apartment was perfect. We had everything we needed here. The train station is 15 minutes by walk - you can easily get to the centre of Palermo.

Good value for money, excellent host.

Pros: Property was well equipped, clean, well secured. We liked balcony the most, it’s perfect for having a coffee and a chat. It is located near restaurants, supermarket, caffès, bakeries and seafront. Outside is free parking. Train station is about 10-minute walk far. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, willing to answer all of our questions and to give us useful recommendations.

Cons: The only thing that was lacking was sunlight, but it doesn’t matter if you spend the day outside.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Max, the host, waited for us despite our 2 hours delay. It was clean, quiet, well equipped and well positioned.

Pros: Tutto. Bella abitazione con ingresso privato e comodo giardinetto esterno esclusivo. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile. L'abitazione si trova a due passi da negozietti di alimentari, farmacia e in neanche 5 minuti si arriva sul lungomare pieno di ristoranti. Bella la camminata del lungomare. Palermo si raggiunge in 25 minuti di treno. La stazione di Sferracavallo è a 10 minuti dall'abitazione ed il treno arriva a 100 metri dal palazzo dei Normanni in centro a Palermo. Ottima posizione per esplorare anche tutta l'area attorno a Palermo. La casa ha le dimensioni giuste per una famiglia di 4 persone in vacanza. E' accessoriata e dispone sia di lavatrice che di spazio e stendini per asciugare il bucato all'esterno. Frigo grande. Consigliatissima.

Ottima soluzione vicino a Palermo

Pros: Casa molto pulita e ben fornita di tutto il necessario. Parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze.

Excellent property right in central Sferracavallo!

Pros: This property is an absolute gem right in the middle of Sferracavallo. We had an early morning flight from Palermo and took advantage of the proximity to the airport to stay here and enjoy the famous coastline and seafood it is known for. The house is extremely clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor area to enjoy. Max was so professional and quick in his communication, and has taken care to be sure every single small detail in the house is up to the highest standards. Next time we hope to come back and stay longer!
