Loved it
Pros: The location is absolutely perfect. Shop, restaurants and the beach are all very close, the view from the apartment is great and the apartment is very spatious and was clean. The hosts are super friendly and always willing to help. We loved our stay!
Cons: The shower didn't always go warm, but honestly, with 30 degrees temperature we didn't really need it anyway.

Pros: The place is super clean. Kitchen and bathroom have all the necessities to cook and wash for a longer stay and space is very well organized. Everything great.

Very Good Value for Money
Pros: This spacious appartement is very well equipped and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by a basket of localy-grown lemons and the quality of the coffee provided. The staff is very kind and helpful. The views are just splendid; Santa Flavia is a very picturesque little town! If you have a car, this is a good starting point for your explorations of the region.
Cons: The only possible downside of this place is its neighbours. You could easily find yourself with someone practising their piano (below) at 11pm or vacuum cleaning (above) at midnight; and during the weekend, your homemade meal will be most certainly accompanied by the music mix of the beach fair and a local kiosk/bar below your balcony. Just so that you do not forget you chose to spend time in Italy. ;) Nevertheless, I do understand these can not be easily managed by the apartment owner.

Pros: Bellissima vista mare. Appartamento con tutti gli accessori (tv, forno, lavatrice, cabina armadio, ripostiglio) e ottima pulizia. Il proprietario davvero gentile e accogliente.

Pros: Tökéletesen felszerelt lakás, kényelmes, tisztaság volt. Filippo nagyon kedvesen fogadott minket, segítőkészség kimagasló. Kilátás gyönyörű volt. Strand közel volt.
Cons: A szállás egy vendéglátóhellyel szemben van, így aki éjszaka csendet szeretne, az itt nem opció. Sajnos,a partszakasz szemetes,koszos. Pedig egy igazi gyöngyszem lenne a Tirrén tengerpartján.

Pros: Чудове розташування , 3 хвилини від пляжу. Поруч супермаркет, зупинка безкоштовного автобусу на якому можна доїхати на інші пляжі та вокзал. Дуже уважні і гостинні господарі, які постійно на звʼязку і в будь який момент надають послуги) дбають про своїх гостей ) апартаменти із свіжим ремонтом , мають усе необхідне для комфортного проживання . Вид з вікна фантастичний . Море тепле, чисте )

Minunat!!!
Pros: Apartament foarte frumos, curat, spatios, utilat cu tot ceea ce este nevoie. Zona in care se afla acest apartament este un mic colt de rai. Am ramas foarte impresionata si m-as intoarce oricand aici, pentru a petrece clipe minunate. Iar gazda este super, s-a asigurat pe tot parcursul sederii noastre aici ca nu ne lipseste nimic.

Pros: Fantasztikus a kilátás, a szállás tágas, tiszta, világos. A konyha jól felszerelt, de ha valami hiányzott, a szállásadó azonnal beszerezte. Két kisgyerekkel érkeztünk, mindent kaptunk, amire a gyerekek miatt szükségünk volt, Kedvenc szállásadónk valaha, kedvesek, gondoskodók, úgy éreztük, családtagként bánnak velünk.

Geweldig verblijf!
Pros: Prachtige locatie en heerlijk ruim en schoon appartement waar ons het aan niets ontbrak. Super vriendelijke host die altijd bereikbaar was voor alles wat we nodig hadden. Parkeren en tentje met goede koffie en broodjes voor de deur.
Cons: Niets, zeer fijn verblijf.
