Pros: the apartment was very nice and clean , the beds comfortable and the terrasse is a very nice place to relax during the day you can lay on the sunbeds and in the evening to see the sunset, very big and offer a lot of possibilities

Okay, but behaviour of owner is terrible
Pros: The facility was new, nice and clean. The location is okayish, given the small city, even if this premise is at outside of city, its still walkable.
Cons: What really made our stay unpleasant, was the condition of 200 Eur deposit… the owner sent me message in the morning of check out, reminding me that check out is at 10:00 and deposit is returned on case of no damage to the apartment. He did not even ask how was the stay, i had a feeling the only thing he cares about is money and no damage. When we check out, his mom came with friend and they really did detailed inspection of the apartment…. They even ask us to take our rubbish with us and throw it to CONAD supermercado !!! I have not experienced such attitude towards customer yet ! Overall apartment is nice and new, but the owner with terrible attitude. He should not be renting if he doesnt know how to behave….

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamentino e non potevamo trovarci meglio! È organizzato in modo impeccabile: due camere spaziose con letti grandi e comodi, un bagno con doccia funzionale e una sala accogliente con divano trasformabile in letto. Il piano superiore è stata una piacevole sorpresa: un comodo tavolo dove pranzare o cenare, una seconda doccia esterna e un bagno dotato di lavatrice, davvero utilissima per chi rimane più giorni. Ogni angolo è curato e pulito, si vede l’attenzione nei dettagli. Un ringraziamento speciale agli host, persone gentilissime, disponibili e attente ad ogni esigenza, che ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa. Consigliamo questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole, pratico e con un’accoglienza davvero speciale.

Recomand cu caldura in final, dar atentie la ce am descris.
Pros: Apartamentul nou, mirosea a proaspat renovat, frumos totul. Am avut o problema cu pompa de apa a cladirii si ne deranja zgomotul ei dimineata. In aceeasi zi proprietarul s a ocupat sa aduca un mester si a reperat o. Personal amabil.
Cons: Doua aspecte nu mi au placut: aparatele de aer condiționat erau foarte murdare. Eu am astm bronsic si m am temut sa nu reactionez urat la posibilii alergeni. Al doilea lucru a fost faptul ca la final ne a rugat sa ducem gunoiul cu masina undeva pe o strada la un centru de colectare. Mi s a parut deplasat sa ma puna sa fac curat avand in vedere suma mare de bani platit pt cazare. Am calatorit mult si asa ceva nu am mai patit. Nici nu inteleg cum s au gandit ca o sa pun resturile din care curgeau tot felul de lichide in masina inchiriata.

Pros: Своя частная парковка, недалеко два магазина, на крыше трасса с плитой и раковиной. Чистая, свеже построеная квартира.
Cons: Отсутствие гладильной доски и утюга. В городе в водопроводе была соленая вода (но это не от хозяев зависит)

Apartament super urządzony, komfortowy dla trzech osób choć cztery też się pomieszczą.
Pros: Klucze odebraliśmy od Gospodarzy, którzy przyjechali aby je przekazać. Bardzo miłe osoby, dobrze jest mówić po włosku bo kontakt w j.angielskim jest \
Cons: 1. w mieszkaniu brak jest słodkiej wody, słonawa woda leci w kuchni i pod prysznicem. Trzeba kupować słodką wodę w butelkach. Nie jest to standardem w San Vito, w innych apartamentach jest słodka woda. 2. uciążliwy system wywozu i segregacji śmieci...skończyło się wyrzucaniem do śmietników przy markecie.

Pros: Nagyon tiszta, szép terasz, van mosógép és mosószer
Cons: Nem volt plusz kukás zsák és nincsen a ház előtt szelektív nagy szemetes amiben ott lehetne hagyni a szemetet. Szemetes zsák nagyon kellett volna pluszban. Meg egy felmosó a fürdőszobába.

Pros: Tutto casa e proprietari stupendi!!! Proprio come sentirsi a casa!! Dotata di ogni comfort , arredata perfettamente nei minimi particolari, funzionale , posizione ottimale e in più un balcone con vista mare e montagna da togliere il fiato!! Complimenti!!
