Perfect stay for our family, we would come again!

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, and modern. Located 100 meters from the beach and surrounded by the pedestrian area with all the restaurants and bars, yet the apartment is very quiet. It has a large balcony too, where we loved to take our breakfast. The kitchen was well equiped to cook, with a modern stove, an oven, and all the utilities it needs. Also contained a coffee machine, fridge and freezer.

Cons: Only thing missing was a cutting board, cutting onions etc on a regular plate is a bit inconvenient.

Pros: Spacius appartment very close to beach and in the city. Clean, with fully equiped kitchen, comfortable bed and big balcony. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Shops, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Also secured public parkings are not far away. Perfect stay for a beach vacation.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: I will recommend this place to friends and will return myself. Perfect price&performance. Clean, quiet, good location, nice view to citrus garden and Monte Monaco from balcony.

Pros: Frederica, our hostess was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We loved having our own kitchen with a full size refrigerator. The location of the hotel was superb!

Cons: There is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleaning.

Pros: Everything was ok. Just sometimes it was a bit noisy outside as not all people go to sleep at 10-11pm :) Rooms were clear, apartment was truly ok.

Great stay by the beach

Pros: Great location, clean and modern flat, equipped kitchen, lovely garden and courtyard, just few steps from the sea. All restaurants and shops on the doorstep. We really enjoyed our stay. Lovely host, late check in was not a problem.

Cons: Throughout our stay the courtyard was not cleaned, there was rubbish flying around. Perhaps because we visited in October (off season) and staff was not always on site.

Great location, spacious space, comfortable for enjoying seaside!

Pros: A perfect location to enjoy beautiful Sicilian seaside with plenty of restaurants, picturesque and scenic views and streets. The residence is close to the beach with an option to rent beach beds, shuttle to the guarded parking lot, and very friendly reception people. Our one bedroom apartment was very comfortable, included all the necessary kitchen appliances. It’s spacious and plenty enough for a family of three.

Cons: The bathroom needs to be refurbished as it has rust stains here and there and a glass door to be added to the shower area so the water doesn’t splash out.

Very nice acomodation close to the main beach and main street of San Vito lo Capo.

Pros: Location is very close to the beach and close to a small square where you can play a chess or dance during the weekend. Federica very helpfull with all requests.

Perfect location and practical family accommodation.

Pros: The location was perfect. A very short walk, perhaps 50 meters from the private and public parts of the beach. We were also near lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. There were also handy outside showers at the residence to remove sand before you enter the apartment.
