Nice place with some flaws

Pros: Location is great, enough parking place on the street, close to the centre and the sea. Looks better on photos than reality, but still modern and spacious. Staff is friendly, but not really helpful.

Cons: Beds were very noisy.. Sqeeking with every move. No bed linen, just one bare blanket. When we asked for another blanket, it was a big problem. Also no hot water first day, but this was fixed quickly. AC is there, but not for heating (april nights were still cold).

Pros: Great location, great value, clean and comfortable

Cons: No coffee and sugar

Pros: The apartments are in a great location, close to the sea (8 minutes). Beautiful style and comfortable rooms. It was nice to cook in the kitchen. Perfect internet connection. I can fully recommend it

Modern and comfortable

Pros: Great location, modern room style, very helpful host, always in touch by WhatsApp, everything explained about stay, how to self check in and so on. Air conditioner synchronized with closed windows. Blinds on the windows if completely lowered in the window, then room is completely dark. Closed windows guarantee silence from the street. Good equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with little window and hairdryer. Good views from both sides of building, one side mountain and other side quite a quiet street with buildings but really nice area. Few minutes to Beach.

Cons: Things that can make you a bit uncomfortable are, doors which are the connecting door with other apartment which are thin and you can hear a little bit someone in other room. Furnitures are made of a thick plywood board including beds, so if you move on on the bed it makes sound just because the bed frame is in contact with the bed legs, causing friction and creaking. If you put some tiny separator under the board between the leg and the frame, there is no more creaking bed.

Pros: Friendly staff, relaxed and very helpful - able to access them easily via what's app if they where not close by Asked to stay longer and was done quick and efficient Room was nice and modern Had everything you needed for stay Was able to eat and relax in outside private area to the room Not far from everything - backery, supermarket and beach Really liked videos staff sent made check in easy - would recommend sending before party arrives if they have no access to internet

Cons: Bed - uncomfortable too hard Shower drain blocked but plumbers came during the stay If these rectified would recommend 100% 👌

Pros: Vicino al centro di San Vito e alla spiaggia, pulizia buona, personale gentile, doccia grande.

Pros: Struttura fantastica ben fornita di tutte le comodità che ci possono essere in un appartamento , comodissima come posizione , il ragazzo dello staff gentilissimo e disponibilissimo , comodissimo anche il parcheggio antistante al residence con la possibilità di sostare nella zona riservata.10++++ Consigliatissimo

Pros: Camera molto spaziosa, balcone con tavolo e spazio per stendere.

Pros: staff molto accogliente e struttura curata, tutto molto moderno e pulito

Cons: il pavimento della doccia ma anche la doccia in sé da riguardare perché fuoriusciva acqua e si allagava sempre il bagno, però davano a disposizione anche il secchio con il cencio e si riusciva in qualche modo a sistemarlo
