Spacious and clean holiday flat with all necessary equipment
Pros: *spacious and clean *very well equipped flat - we did not miss anything (dishwasher, washing machine, AC, kitchen utensils, …) *warm welcome with all necessary information, incl small gift basket (some Italian food )
Cons: *a little noisy neighbourhood at some parts of the day/ evening (this is out of the properties range of influence) *tapwater from tank/ not drinkable (obviously not uncommon in the region)

Modern fresh clean and great location, friendly owners
Pros: The apartment was fresh clean and modern and well equipped and comfortable. I would definitely stay here on my next trip as it was in a great location with a supermarket and cafes very close by. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and at hand if we needed anything.

Bellissima casa
Pros: La casa si trova in un punto strategico per raggiungere in poco tempo Bagheria, Palermo, e le zone di mare. È completa di ogni elettrodomestico inclusa la lavatrice. Molto spaziosa e perfetta per un viaggio con dei bambini. Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo e il proprietario è stato super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare anche una cesta di benvenuto. Ci è piaciuta così tanto che abbiamo riprenotato la nostra prossima vacanza.

Комфортная квартира в тихом городке
Pros: Потрясающе комфортная квартира. В ней есть все , что нужно. Кухня оборудована отлично. Есть хороший набор посуды, мелкая бытовая техника, посудомоечная машина. Кофеварка и набор капсул, чай, специи. В спальне удобная кровать с выбором подушек. В ванной много полотенец. Есть так же прачечная комната , стиральная машина, сушилка для белья. Детская комната. Квартира находится на третьем этаже, но совсем неутомительный подъем. Рядом с домом есть продуктовые магазины, кондитерская, пиццерия. Несколько минут ходьбы до пляжа. И так же несколько минут ходьбы до жд станции. До Палермо 20 минут. Очень удобно, чтобы не ехать туда на машине. Кстати, парковочные места вокруг дома всегда есть.

Pros: L'appartement était grand, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Les enfants ont adoré leur chambre😊. Et Nelly nous a très bien accueillis, même avec un panier de bienvenue avec des snacks. (Très chouette après le voyage!) Le séjour était très agréable. Le quartier après le port est très sympa et animé le soir (en août) pour aller manger ou une promenade, le long de la mer et dans les petites ruelles.
Cons: Au niveau du logement tout était parfait. Les plages les plus proches n'étaient pas agréables. Il faut chercher un peu plus loin.

Pros: Struttura stupenda, ogni comfort, pulitissima. Accoglienza super con un cesto e tanta gentilezza. Quartiere comodo perché vicino a tutti i servizi. Ritorneremo con gran piacere.

Pros: Top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, ganz tolle Gastgeber die wirklich an alles denken (Präsentkorb, Getränke und vieles mehr für den ersten Tag - ganz lieben Dank!!!) Super Lage zum Bahnhof ( 10 min. Zu Fuß )
Cons: Nachts bei offenem Fenster trotz Nebenstr. Etwas laut, bei geschlossenem Fenster mit Klima kein Problem.

Ein außergewöhnlicher Urlaub abseits des Massentourismus
Pros: Großes, geräumiges Haus in einem ruhigen Fischerdorf. Gegenüber dem Haus bietet sich ein malerischer Blick auf den Berg. Die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich, freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem Geschenkkorb voller lokaler Leckereien begrüßt. Das Haus verfügt über alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt: ein großes Geschirrset, Küchenutensilien, Tischdecken, Küchengeräte, saubere Bettwäsche, einen großen Vorrat an Handtüchern und sogar ein Set zum Reparieren von Kleidung. Sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die eine friedliche, ruhige Urlaubsunterkunft suchen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Bahnhof, sodass Sie die Insel bequem erkunden können. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein Conad - Laden. Der Strand Sant' Elia ist mit dem kostenlosen Stadttaxi erreichbar.
