Pros: Everything was perfect! The host was a very kind and pleasant person. The apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything you might need – dishes, towels, and more. I truly recommend these apartments!
Cons: The apartments are close to the city center, but the street itself is not very pleasant – some buildings look a bit run-down, which might feel a little uncomfortable for travelers. However, the neighbors are very friendly and always ready to help, which makes the stay much nicer.

Great value place that will only get better when fully equipped
Pros: Close to station and tourist sites. The host was very helpful adjusting the water thermostat so we could have hot showers. This is a new place and he is still adding things tourists want.
Cons: On arrival the location felt iffy but once we were in we were happy. The host will be adding missing features like a kettle, toaster oven or microwave, hanging rack. It could do with a heated drying rack as towels and clothes took forever to dry.

Fantástico
Pros: El apartamento está en pleno centro de Palermo. Todo a mano. El dueño vino a buscarnos amablemente al aeropuerto a pesar del retraso del avión a las 3:30 de la madrugada. Una persona encantadora.

Lo dejo agendado para próximo viaje a Palermo
Pros: Tal cual fotos. Limpieza, equipamiento de cocina, baño y habitación, dormimos muy bien los dos días que estuvimos. La ubicación está a 100 mts de avenida importante, supermercado y otros servicios en los alrededores. A 400 mts del tren.
Cons: Se encuentra en uno de esos callejones típico de Italia y en Palermo hay muchos. El prejuicio no es un buen compañero. Luego de 40 mts, estás en calles donde abundan negocios y gente circulando

Pros: Appartement dans l'hyper centre animé de la vieille ville. Impeccablement propre et très bien équipé. Spacieux, luxueux pour un très bon rapport qualité prix. Excellente literie et prestations. Le propriétaire est très aimable accueillant et disponible. Idéalement situé dans le quartier populaire et pittoresque de la Kalsa pour vivre une véritable expérience palermitaine. Je précise que j'étais une femme seule, je suis rentrée tard le soir partie très tôt le matin dans un quartier qui peut surprendre les étrangers mais j'ai vécu là 4 jours en toute sécurité.

Pros: Расположение, просторные аппартаменты, свежий ремонт, дружелююность хозяина и оперативная реакция на запросы
Cons: Хочу предпредить других гостей, что аппартаменты находятся в полуподвальном помещении, поэтому есть запах сырости (если не использовать ароматизатор, на который у меня лично аллергия), вентиляция естественная - 2 окошка небольших. Соответветственно мало дневного света. Также вид из кухни - к сожалению на очень грязный дворик, это портит первое впечатление. Но для нас эти моменты были не критичными. Только за запах снимаем балл, т к он все-таки влиял на общее мое самочувствие, благо но мы там только ночевали. Возможно для других это не проблема, т к можно использовать ароматизатор.

Świetna lokalizacja apartamentu!
Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z Gospodarzem, świetna lokalizacja apartamentu, bliskość dworca PKP i autobusowego. W pobliżu wiele atrakcji turystycznych, świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu.
Cons: Brak uwag, na krótki pobyt apartament idealny.
