Pros: The apartment was in very good condition, very clean, relatively large and quite comfortable. Decoration and equipment was correct, nothing fancy, but complete and functional. The building itself was very nice, and the main advantage was the perfect location, a few minutes walk to all the main attractions. It looks exactly as in the fotos.

Cons: Nothing, everything was fine.

Pros: We could not imagine better location in Palermo. Apartment is ideal for couple or for family with kid(s). Well equipped with all you need for short or medium stay. Large fridge, full size bathroom, wifi functioning without hicups, quiet at night, comfortable beds, washer (for those who need to wash) and finally parking for 15€ (just park in front off the building and give keys to garage owner - full concierge service). Apartment is close to major historical atractions, farmer merkets & streetfood attractions and restaurant district.

Cons: Even if you are high maintenance guest or malicious, it is hard to find downside for this apartment.

Fantastic location and apartment

Pros: We had a rental car , we were told to wait at a certain street so we could be collected and brought to the apartment. I understood as soon as the guy drove us through the narrowest streets that I'm sure we would ve scratched our car otherwise . It was a complete valet service at 15e a day well worth it . Luigi was outside waiting for us when we pulled up and the guy took our car and parked it . The apartment was fabulous so clean and spacious and the location was amazing , right in the centre of everything. It was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Luigi was fantastic at giving us all the information and there was a booklet with all his recommendations for restaurants, shopping , markets , cafes etc . We would highly recommend staying in this place. Everything was perfect. Luigi spoke very good English too 👏

Proximidad y facilidad

Pros: Se encuentra en la calle principal de la ciudad, cerca de bares, restaurantes, mercados y las principales atracciones turísticas. Una característica única es el aparcamiento, ubicado en el mismo edificio. No es propiedad del anfitrión, pero puedes solicitarlo y reservarlo con antelación directamente con él. Es una zona de tráfico limitado (ZTL) para residentes, pero puedes comprar un pase diario directamente a través de la aplicación.

Cons: Aunque el edificio tiene ascensor, hay dos niveles de escaleras antes de acceder a los ascensores de los apartamentos de la parte trasera. Esto no supone un problema, ya que muchos edificios de la ciudad ni siquiera tienen ascensor, pero es importante tenerlo en cuenta.

Pros: Luigi è stato gentilissimo. Ci ha accolto al nostro arrivo, ha accettato di anticipare il check-in e ci ha fornito una culla e un seggiolone per nostro figlio di 16 mesi. L'appartamento è accogliente, come nelle foto. Il BnB è in una posizione centralissima ma in un palazzo dove regna il silenzio. I letti sono sorprendentemente comodi.

Cons: La pulizia in generale di tutta la casa dovrebbe essere migliorata. Avendo un bambino piccolo che gattona posso purtroppo affermare che il pavimento e il tappeto non erano abbastanza puliti.

Pros: Organizzazione impeccabile, posizione super strategica, pulitissima, insomma mi è piaciuto davvero tutto.

旅行入住的好公寓，好房东。

Pros: 地理位置很好，在老城区中心，离几个主要景点和火车站很近，我们两位老人步行就可以到。房子很干净和安静，宽敞，设施齐全，很好。房间钥匙🗝也能在我们到达公寓时很快就给我们。（拿钥匙是我们在欧洲旅行最麻烦的事，不少公寓和民宿入住需要到其他地方拿钥匙） 房东老人非常友善，让我们提前就入住了，因我们离开西西里的轮船时间在8pm，我们11am退房后，行李存放在房东办公室，我们中午在外吃午饭2pm后又让我们在他们的办公室休息到3：30pm。确实是非常友善的房东，房子也很好，推荐入住。

Ottimo per girare a piedi in centro

Pros: La struttura è in posizione super centrale ed ottimale per girare il centro storico di palermo a piedi, e valore aggiunto risulta molto silenziosa e tranquilla. L’appartamento è spazioso e pulito.

Cons: Nulla in particolare

Emplacement idéal pour visiter cette belle ville de Palerme .

Pros: L’accueil de Luigi et son fils Andrea était très chaleureux et Luigi parle très bien le français. L’appartement très Confortable avec un grand lit de très bonne qualité. Décoré avec goût. Disposant de tout le nécessaire. Et des petites attentions comme un Book pour des conseils de restaurants, de lieux à visiter et toutes les commodités. Et surtout Très calme. On n’entendait pas les bruits de la rue. L’emplacement était idéal, en plein centre Historique. Proche de tout à pied. Les transports (bus et train) à proximité.
