We had a short relaxing stay and felt really at home here

Pros: We loved the location, how clean and comfortable the apartment was and the friendly and clear communication from the host.

Pros: It is in a great location very near to lots of restaurants, cafes and the beach. The bed is comfortable. Loredana gave us the use of a mat and umbrella for the beach which was very handy.

Perfect - clean, quiet, close to the beach

Pros: It is very close to the beach (5 min walk) and the beautiful little supermarket/ deli (4 min walk). The apartment is very quiet, clean and recently renovated. The bed is really comfy and the windows and door have electric roller shutters, which work as blackout blinds, as well as making you feel very secure. Loredana was the perfect host, she really went above and beyond! She let us drop our bags off before check in, and even delay our check out as we had a late flight. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent!

Pros: I really liked everything there! We were met personally. Owner showed us everything. She made us a surpise in form of a bottle of a shampaine as a welcoming. Appartment contained everything we needed and even more. There was an umbrella and a blanket for a beach. There also were some olive oil, salt, pepper, and a souce on a kitchen. A lot of towels and all you need for a shower also were included. Big and comfortable bed. Two TVs in each room, so as two air conditioners. Beautiful terrace on witch we ate every morning. Only 2-3 minutes to the beach. Also we were proposed with a transfer to the airport for a very good price. I will definietly return to this appartment in a future and recomend it to everyone!

Very peaceful new apartment in a neighborhood

Pros: The owners of this apartment really know how to host guests and outfit an apartment. The entire building appears to be quite new and is very well maintained with beautiful trees, gardens and terraces. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood with free parking, either on the private cul de sac, or inside the gate if you prefer. We didn't have to move our car for the entire stay, as it's a short walk to the restaurants along the seafront area. There is a large grocery nearby. Very modern conveniences inside and out.

Wonderful stay.

Pros: The location is away from the main square and streets, which is NOT a bad thing, as it was quiet there.It is 5 minutes slow walk from the beach, no problem at all. You can park next to the building for free on a closed road. The apartment we stayed at was nice size for a couple, all we needed was there we really liked it. Our host was kind and helpful. We really liked our stay, and we can only recommand to stay there.

Nice holiday in Mondello.

Pros: Perfect location and very nice apartment with good facilities. It was easy to communicate and they arranged additional services, for example the airport transfers very well.

Świetna lokalizacja i bardzo pomocny gospodarz!

Pros: Świetne miejsce na pobyt w Mondello! Lokalizacja jest doskonała – bardzo blisko przystanku autobusowego (pętli), co ułatwia dojazd do Palermo. W pobliżu znajduje się również rezerwat przyrody, idealny na spacery, a także plaża i deptak z restauracjami. Mieszkanie czyste, świeżo po remoncie, z ładnym balkonem. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Zdecydowanie polecamy!

Очаровательные апартаменты в прекрасном местем

Pros: Очаровательные апартаменты в прекрасном месте. Интерьер радует глаз своей продуманностью и комфортом. Лоредана очень приятная хозяйка, щедрая, радушная, всегда на связи и готова помочь. Человек с трудностями передвижения добирается до пляжа за 3 минуты, как и до ближайшего магазина. За углом начинается променад виа Регина Елена с богатым архитектурным наследием. Пляж Монделло в рекламе не нуждается, его надо увидеть😊

Eine süße kleine Wohnung von einer sehr lieben Gastgeberin nur 5 Min vom Strand weg

Pros: Loredana (Gastgeberin) war ne richtig süße Maus! Ganz ganz lieb und hat immer sofort geantwortet und sich trotz Sprachbarriere total bemüht! Der Weg zum Strand waren nur 5 Min :)

Cons: Die Straße war extrem laut und da sind super viele Autos/Roller langgefahren… Es war jetzt nicht ultra modern eingerichtet und ein paar Sachen haben gefehlt, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.
