Almost perfect, but still far from it

Pros: + Very clean, fully equiped kitchen, thoughtful host. + Good bed and pillows

Cons: - Too much noise from the street under the bedroom (good windows would fix the problem) - Almost no natural light. Of course you can open the shades in the bedroom... but you'll feel like sleeping on the sidewalk.

Pros: The hosts were incredibly friendly, stocking the fridge with snacks and drinks for our arrival and offering sightseeing tips. The location was perfect, close to everything. The air conditioning worked very well, and you can relax on the balcony. It was a lovely stay, and we'll definitely be back when we're in Palermo again 🩷

Cons: Very narrow stairs, but it wasn't a problem for us. It's best not to shower and run the washing machine at the same time, because the power goes out (but it's easy to restore it and I think it's a common problem with electricity in Sicily

I recommend this apartment for living.

Pros: Maurizio and Maria were very hospitable. They met us and explained everything in detail, treated us to sweet. The apartment is comfortable.You will find everything you need for your stay

Cons: The bedroom overlooks the street, it was a bit noisy.

Beautiful appartment in Palermo

Pros: Appartment is beautiful, very modern and clean. It has anything you need in every room, the most equiped appartment. The hosts are friendly and polite, take care of each detail. Highly recommended! 😁

Perfect!

Pros: This was our second stay at Casa Maria Rosa Deliziosa and we loved it! Everything about the apartment is perfect. It’s clean, in a great locations and really homey. The owners are so lovely and always have the fridge stocked with drinks and snacks. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a safe, comfy base in Palermo.

Pros: A spotless, comfortable, and recently renovated home in a great area of Catania. The apartment is extremely well-equipped – from kitchen basics (including pasta, sauces, olive oil, drinks, snacks) to all appliances and amenities you might need (coffee machine, AC, washing machine, ironing board etc.). Highly recommended!

Cons: The check-in process could be simplified by using a key lockbox with a code at the entrance. This would make arrival more flexible and convenient, especially for guests arriving outside standard hours

Spacious apartment close to downtown.

Pros: Great location, a stone's throw a way from downtown (Teatro Massimo, Ballarò, etc.). The hosts both welcomed us and made us feel at home. The apartment is spacious and could probably host a family of three-four too.

Cons: Slightly pricey.

Pros: Ideal location, spotlessly clean with excellent facilities and lovely owners.

Amazing apartment in Palermo!

Pros: My friend and I had an amazing time at Casa Maria Rosa Deliziosa. The apartment is so clean and has everything you will need. The location is also perfect for exploring Palermo. We felt very safe in the neighbourhood. Also, balcony is great for sitting outside and enjoying a coffee! The owners are lovely people too. I would recommend Casa Maria Rosa Deliziosa to anyone.

Pros: El apartamento es encantador, está bien cuidado y limpio. María y Maurizio son muy amables. La ubicación es buena, está a pocos minutos andando del Teatro Massimo y hay paradas de bus cercanas.
