Pros: Very good contact with the owner, self-check-in/out. All necessary amenities and a washing machine are on site! :)) Close to the center, free parking next to the accommodation.

Pros: My girlfriend said she had the best sleep here during our round trip in Sicily, so I would give a 10 for this reason alone 🙂. The place is big (for 2 people) and well-equipped. Palermo's historical centre is in walking distance. The host, Riccardo is very friendly and helpful.

Pros: - lot of space - very fast wifi ,- good communication with the host - just 10minutes walk to downtown

Cons: - very noisy street

Pros: We really enjoyed our short stay at Ricardo's place. It's renovated and very well decorated, with a very comfortable bathroom, and all the amenities you need in the kitchen. He provided us with loads of cold water in the fridge too. The room is fresh on each own so no much need for airco. The communication with Ricardo was excellent, he was very responsive and helpful. Thanks a lot!

Cons: The only small issue we had is the light from the window in the bedroom. If you are like me it was not an issue at all but my husband is very sensitive to light when he sleeps and the light coming in early morning was troubling. Ricardo and his wife were very understanding and i am sure they probably have fixed it already 😊

Pros: Amazing apartment, great location, very clean, lovely host. 100% recommended!

Highly recommended place to stay in Palermo

Pros: Everything was perfect. Tha apartment is great - comfortable, modern and clean, well equipped. Even though its located right at a rather busy street, the triple doors will ensure you quiet sleep - I could hear only birds in the morning, not that common in Italy :) Friendly owners, I definitely reccomend it!

Cons: Oven was not there (yet?), I missed a bigger knife and I could only leave my suitcase until 12.00 on the day of my departure but those were not big issues. What I would really wish is rubbish recycling amenities - we produce way too much litter

Pros: It's cozy, convenient and comfortable! Very good location, easy to park and walking distance from the centre!

Struttura comoda in posizione strategica

Pros: Ottima posizione, strada tranquilla, appartamento con tutto ciò che è necessario per una breve vacanza

Cons: Nulla. Solo per precisazione, il parcheggio non è riservato alla struttura, ma in genere si trova con facilità lungo la strada e nell'area di parcheggio pubblica di fronte alla struttura. L'ingresso è direttamente sulla strada su di un piccolo marciapied, con i suoi pro e contro. I pro della rapidità di accesso, molto utile quando si tiene l'appartamento anche come punto d'appoggio dove si rientra più volte al giorno. I contro sono nella difficltà di tenere aperta la porta finestra di ingresso, ed il relativo pericolo se si viaggi con bambini (che non era il caso nostro).

Beautiful location to stay when visiting Palermo

Pros: It was very nice, I regret I didn’t take some pics before opening our luggage. Very clean, the owner even left some bottles of water in the fridge and some sweet bread on the table! Parking was free, right across the street. It was only 10 minutes walk to Porta Nova, and another 5 to the Cathedral. Then you are in the middle of the city.

Pros: La posibilidad de aparcar cerca y la comunicación con el propietario.Wifi muy buena.

Cons: El colchón es incómodo así como las almohadas.
