The Normans Apartments

Pros: Great communication for check in, and so comfortable to stay in, superb and efficient aircon well equipped. Good situation in easy walking distance of the major sites and the hostess was very helpful. Would not go past here when staying in Palermo, again.

Cons: The stairs could be a problem if you had a genuine disability but were OK for a reasonably fit 69 year old with slightly dodgy knees. Also avoid the internal stair case in bare feet, at least socks needed

Fantastic Appartment

Pros: The host is super friendly and welcoming. She told me everything I need to know about the city. I'd definitely come back here :)

Pros: Nice apartment in two levels. You can see Norman palace from the balcony 😀!! Chatedral, metro and bus stop are some minutes walk away and also other important hysterical buildings are very near. The over Giulia was excellent. She deserves 10+👍!!

Cons: Nothing.

Great apartment and location. Guilia was a wonderful host.

Pros: Amazing location next to the Cathedral and easy to get around on foot to all the sights.

Cons: N/A

Cute apartment in a perfect location

Pros: Really cute and clean apartment, perfect location and nice view, owner is super kind and responsive, super easy for check in and check out.

Cons: I didnt have a problem, but I guess that bigger persons may have an issue with the bathroom cabin.

Huge apartment, a great view, in the centre but quiet

Pros: The apartment is huge, super clean and has all the facilities. The view from the balcony is outstanding, just as in the photos. The location is in the heart of the historical centre, a few steps away from the Cathedral, still, the square itself is quiet. Giulia went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and her engagement definitely added to my experience. She was very responsive and helpful.

Cons: - I personally didn't mind the stairs that lead to the apartment but they are really steep and you better be fit to walk them up and down a few times per day:) - Additionally, not a problem for me, but the shower is so tiny that if you're a fat person or a pregnant woman, you will simply not get inside :) I'm slim so I made it and everything worked perfectly - but it is surprisingly small ;)

Perfect location, comfortable property

Pros: Perfect location. Close to the palace and the cathedral but still feeling local not tourist. Plenty of space. Fast WiFi. Good trattorias and baker close by. Friendly and helpful welcome texts from Giulia

Great stay in Palermo

Pros: Giulia was so friendly and helpful. I cannot rate her hospitality highly enough. Great location near the Norman Palace. It was also a huge room. Great value.

Cons: The mattress was a little hard but it was not a big deal.

i came for a quick visit at end of my holiday and to taste some of the food

Pros: the location was perfect for anyone wanting to see Palermo what wasnt on your door step could be accessed by near bye tour operators

great vacation in Palermo

Pros: location is perfect, very close to the main places of interest, restaurants, opera. and at the same time not so cloudy and not so much noise in comparison with main streets. very easy check in and check out everything was good
