Great location, good apartment, exceptional, knowledgeable and passionate host

Pros: Great location, and very comfortable apartment for a family of 5. Calogero, the host, made the difference with his passion for Palermo and his great tips about… anything! Palermo is 100% worth a stay and Calogero’s Casa Di Tufo is the place.

Great stay at Palermo

Pros: Excellent location to explore the center of Palermo. Spacious apartment. Two bathrooms. Two bedrooms. One hundred square meters. Everything you need and very well equipped for a stay in the city. Calogero is super friendly. He offered to pick us up from the airport and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. He is very helpful. I definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Perfect!

Pros: Awesome location! Close to the bus stop! Super convenient for sightseeing – major spots are walkable, plus tons of trendy eateries nearby (foodie heaven alert 🍝). The apartment? OMG! Bigger & cleaner than photos! Literally had everything we needed (seriously, those vintage wall art pieces are Instagram gold!). Felt like a cozy home instantly. Best host EVER! He messaged us several days early with detailed transit tips. Met us at the door, spent 30 mins spilling Palermo secrets – even where to find legit street food! So kind, friendly and generous. We’re 100% coming back next Sicily trip – this spot’s a keeper!

Extremely comfortable, a quiet retreat in a busy city.

Pros: Everything. It was a quiet location but we could walk to all the main sights. It was very homely like being in someone’s apartment, and very well equipped. Caloghero was exceptionally helpful and responsive.

Wonderful, easy and perfectly located.

Pros: Excellent apartment with great character. Perfectly located for all major sights. Hosts could not do enough for us. Very accommodating with all our requests and provided excellent information and restaurant recommendations. The perfect place to stay.

Cons: I can't think of anything that would have made our experience any better.

Nice and clean apartment in the city center with a very pleasant host

Pros: We were 5 adults and one teenager. Unfortunately we just had one night in Palermo. Could’ve stayed a few days longer in this great apartment. Calogero is a really nice host. He even drove two of us to the airport at 3 am at night for a good price. They were very grateful for this extra service. Next time in Palermo we will definitely book again.

Big apartment with an extremely helpful host to make the most out of our stay, very lovely!

Pros: Big apartment with absolutely everything one would need to cook food and get the most out of your stay. The host was very kind and helpful to meet us at our expected arrival and answer questions we had. The apartment is located in the middle of all the big places, with a couple minute walk to all the big shops and resturants. Overall very lovely place and great value! Calogero was extremely helpful and made our stay even better!

Cons: The apartment was maybe a bit outdated compared to other places & the outside street was a bit dirty, but a 50m walk and you're in the populated area close to shops and resturants. A new TV would be nice, but it's not exactly a dealbreaker while staying in Palermo. Honestly not much negative stuff to say, lovely expirience!

Sojourn in Palermo

Pros: La, Casa Di Tufo was very centrally located. Only a short walk to the historic center of Palermo. Calogero the host collected us from the airport and also brought us to the train station on our departure. He couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is in an old building and is very airy and spacious. I have no problem recommending it to future guests.
