SPRING APARTMENTS

Spacious and clean flat with an excellent host

Pros: Luca was very responsive and easy to talk to througout our stay, he was an excellent host, even provided some local sweets upon arrival. The place is very spacious, we are a family of 4 with two young kids, and even with the sofa bed being open, we had enoung space in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped, everything is provided, including laundry detergant. The place is located in a residental area, yet close to the historic center and very close to 2 parks, one with a nice playground. The coffe place at the corner is constantly full for a reason with wide selection of sweets and savory, while the grocery store opposite of the building has warm food for lunch. We had an excellent stay at Luca’s and would love to return here if in Palermo again. Highly recommended!! Grazie mille Luca 😊

Pros: Very nice apartment, clean and close to transport facilities. Situated in safe neighborhood. Warmly recommended it!

Pros: Very nice and modern apartment, nice bathroom and comfortable beds, very convenient located next to grocery shop and Cafe, host was very supportive

Extremely comfortable and perfect accommodation for your trip to Palermo, I highly recommend it

Pros: The studio is new and beautifully decorated. It is located in a quiet environment and there were no problems with noise, but it is well connected to all locations by public transport. Shops and bars are right below the accommodation and you have everything you need at your fingertips. The host was also great, fast and friendly communication. He allowed us to leave our things due to our late flight and we were given welcome cakes. What I didn't like was that a little more equipment was missing in the apartment. For example, we took a new sponge, detergent for the referees and trulex because there was none. There was no furniture on the balcony, so we brought it out from the dining room, although in the photos of the apartment, they have a table and chairs on the balcony. The windows were quite dirty, but I believe that this is not the host's fault, but simply due to the climate and the frequent Sahara rains.

Pros: Nice. Clean. Good location. Host left a generous welcome gift of cannoli and other desserts. Lovely! Helpful hint: For hot showers make sure the boiler is on. It’s located on the balcony.

Pros: This apartment has excellent conditions! Good kitchen, the location and special an adequate value for money.

Amazing! Would definitely book again.

Pros: The apartment was amazing! It was clean, new and modern. Luca was always there when we needed him! It is next to a supermarket which is also a bonus. The apartment is nearby the centre of the city and you can easily reach the city or some good restaurants and do some sightseeing.

We had a great time, this apartment is modern, clean and conveniently located. Highly recommended.

Pros: The location is very convenient, you can pretty much walk to downtown Palermo in 10 minutes, and there are several bus stops in the vicinity. It is also just 10 mins away from the airport shuttle stop. The apartment is clean and well organized, and the host is very kind and always available. There are a number of great restaurants and bars in the area.
