Perfect base for exploring Palermo

Pros: The apartment is situated in very close proximity to all the places of interest. Most of the sites can be reached on foot, in fact we walked everywhere in the city. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, there is a kitchen area, large bathroom, sofa and tv and dining area. The bed is very comfortable! The apartment was very clean on arrival.

Cons: Occasional noise outside but not too loud.

Pros: Very good location in the city center. Few steps from via Roma and bus station and Teatro Massimo. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Safe location and safe apartment. Clean room with new facilities. Would recommend it for a stay in Palermo. In the front of the building quite place for a drink and gelateria. Nice and kind host.

Cons: 2 welcome coffees for 3 people

Pros: Everything. First, the location/accessibility. Walkable to top spots in old town without being busy downstairs. Few steps from Via Roma and bus stop, and the theater. Second, the aesthetics. The place was well designed and kept. Modern and minimalist. Third, the hosts were ready to answer any enquiry that you ask. Fourth, comfy bed and sofa.

Cons: I like everything in the place, but i just hope they can fix the water preasure in the shower, and the drain. But in general, everything was perfect and can't really complain. :)

Great place but bring ear plugs.

Pros: The property was great. It was spacious, clean, and had everything you could want. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see.

Cons: The one negative about this place was the noise at night. It was very loud outside and we didn’t get any sleep.

Séjour correspondant à la hauteur de nos attentes

Pros: Le rapport qualité prix remarquable, l’emplacement et la propreté.

Cons: Le système des différentes portes et serrures assez compliqué…

Pros: La posizione è ottima, struttura curata e moderna. Sergio ottimo padrone di casa, sempre disponibile. Ottima per chi non vuole usare la macchina a noleggio, e preferisce spostarsi a piedi.

Monolocale accogliente

Pros: La posizione strategica, la stanza molto grande, il personale gentile

Cons: Dal bagno proveniva spesso un cattivo odore, e i cuscini troppo alti

Pros: La posizione è ottima e l'appartamento è ben arredato, il ragazzo che ci ha seguito è disponibile

Cons: Non abbiamo potuto usare il frigo per i primi due giorni perché guasto. Poi è stato sostituito

Pros: C’était un super séjour et un appartement tout aussi super. L’emplacement était parfait.

Cons: Malheureusement une odeur dégoût se dégageait des toilettes. C’était le seul point faible.

Pros: Abbiamo preso l'alloggio per una settimana. Non abbiamo trovato nulla che non andasse. Tutto perfetto! Vicinissimo alla zona pedonale. Un buon punto di riferimento per quando torneremo a Palermo.

Cons: Alle 6 del mattino passa il camion per lo scarico bottiglie vuote.
