Historic Palace

Pros: Clean,comfortable!everything you need,and in a central location.Perfect..Once a beautiful palace,now turned into beautiful apartments.Highly recommend it.

Lovely stay and perfect location

Pros: The apartment is really spacious, the photos don’t do it justice.

Cons: There were some flies in the bathroom

Spacious, modern apartment in a palazzo in the center of Palermo.

Pros: The apartment was modern and spacious with many small balconies and was fully stocked with everything we needed! A beautiful location.

Cons: The photos on the website are very misleading - I think they have many properties and mix the best features of each apartment. For example, we were expecting a huge patio to eat dinner at (because we saw it in the photos) but there was no patio. There was a bit of trouble checking in because a person had to meet us and let us in, but because they were so busy, they were late and didn’t show/explain everything properly. Be aware - there is no assigned parking so parking can be tricky because it’s a crowded area.

Pros: the apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect!

Amazing apartment!

Pros: The apartment is huge! So nicely decorated and so exciting to stay in an actual palazzo. Modern, clean, great location. Highly recommend! Only issue was kids didn’t want to leave it to explore.

Possibly the best holiday flat in Palermo

Pros: It is very centrally located but so quiet and I loved my big private terrace overlooking the well manicured communal garden

Cons: Trying to contact staff after hours is a challenge

Great weather, fantastic food, well worth a visit.

Pros: Fantastic apartment in a great location yet off the Main Street so quite. Lovely outdoor seating area. Very comfortable bed.

Cons: A company called “wonderful Italy” manage the apartment and they communicate by text. Most of their system is automated so before you arrive and leave you get a text looking for information. You reply with the details, then a day later you get the same text, then finally a human text looking for the same information. This can be annoying.

A pleasant stay!

Pros: Excellent location since we did not have an auto. Apartment was quiet even though close to via ROMA.

Cons: Only minor complaint would be a recurring beeping noise whenever some light switches were used. This usually lasted for a few minutes up to 5 minutes (depending on which switch was used) and then would stop.

Pros: Would 100% recommend. The apartment itself was absolutely stunning and spotlessly clean. The location was amazing and even though it was very cenral you could not hear the huslte and bussle of the busy city. The private terrace was an added bonus.

Cons: There is a beautiful big window in the appartment, overlooking the garden. Unfortunately it was very dirty externally. It would of been lovely to have a clear view into the garden. However, this minor discretion is easily overlooked as everthing else was such a high standard.
