Maqueda House

Pros: We love to stay at here during our visit in Palermo. Good location , clean and strong WiFi. There is a Netflix TV provided. Host is so kind to let us a early check in when we arrived Palermo at early morning.

Quiet spacious luxury apartment close to lively Palermo centre

Pros: Super helpful staff who patiently dealt with multiple fussy requests from us. Great location close to (but well soundproofed against) central Palermo's noisy bustle. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. Very fast WiFi. Powerful showers.

Cons: Nothing not to like. Book it now!

Pros: Excellent location in the historic part of the town. Very comfortable apartment with comfortable beds. Silvia, our local contact, was excellent and responded to all queries instantly. Also gave good recommendations for local eateries.

Great location, excellent value for money, definitely recommend

Pros: Fantastic apartment, with a 2 min walk to restaurants & bars. Such a great location for exploring the city. We couldn't get the heating working in the apartment, so I messaged the host who replied within 2 minutes and all sorted! Christmas tree was up which was a nice touch. Communication before arriving and instructions for finding the apartment were perfect. Would highly recommend this apartment. Can't comment on the kitchen facilities as we didn't cook there - the local food is too good to be eating in!

Cons: The courtyard for the whole apartment block is quite run down, but this is not reflective of the apartment itself, and obviously not the owners responsibility. Maybe the living area could have been a little more comfy, but again we weren't there to lounge about, so wasn't a huge issue

Beautiful place, great hosts.

Cordial and flexible hosts, who also shared very useful tips for visiting the city. We couldn’t think of a better stay here. Thank you :)
