We really enjoyed the apartment and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo.

Pros: The property was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed.

Cons: The stairs can be a lot after a long day of walking around Palermo but it was not a big issue.

Highly recommended!

Felt like home

Pros: Spacious and very well equipped home. We had a great stay at Siandri House, the comments don’t lie it is breathtaking to get to the 4th floor, but mostly because of the lack of ventilation and air in the hallway. The home is great, comfortable bed with fluffy cushions. There is a great Trattoria close by and gelato. Walking distance to the historical sites is around 20 minutes. There is free street parking which was great. We only wish there were nets on the windows for mosquitoes but I guess it is not a thing in Sicily. On our last day we got lucky the water in the building stopped an hour before checkout.

Pros: The apartment was great - everything you would need is there! Siandri is a very welcoming host!

Pros: The location is perfect, close to walking centre and if you are with car, you have much places to park. The apartment is perfectly clean and you have everything to feel as you are at home! 100% recommend it!

Spacious, well-equipment and conveniently located

Pros: Good location. Very close to the bus and train stations. Spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. Responsive, helpful and friendly hosts. The apartment itself, was great!

Cons: Entrance to the apartment (exterior of building and lower hallways) are uninviting, lacking upkeep and cleanliness. The apartment is on the 4th floor, so a bit tiring to access (though we knew this before booking).

Pros: Great location and superb apartment with everything you need close to the city center - walking distance and plenty of parking space.

Cons: It's the 4th floor but basically you go out once per day so it's no issue.

Pros: Perfect place and perfect location. Apartment super nice, spaceous, clean and well furnished. The owners clearly understand what guests need. We apprecite the details like soap, coffee, snacks, paper towels etc. Highly recommended!

Beautifully furnished apartment close to the centre of Palermo with free parking

Pros: The most tastefully decorated apartment we've ever seen. Perfect for 4 people. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. The apartment is located on the top floor of an apartment building on a quiet street. Located close to all the markets and downtown Palermo, yet there is free parking on the street and we never had a problem finding a free space right at the entrance. The refreshments for breakfast and the well equipped kitchen were nice.

Cons: The only slight annoyance is nothing the owner could control - a family with children one floor down (not sure if guests or permanent residents) were very noisy deep into the night, making it difficult to sleep.
