Very nice place to stay in Palermo, just need a deeper clean in the bath and a new mattress

Pros: It is a small apartment, two buildings away from where I spent my infancy and childhood. For me it was the ideal place to stay in Palermo as 250 m away from where my parents to leave. Logistically is perfect, exposed to sun/south with the view of Monte Pellegrino. Full set of appliances available

Cons: The bathroom needs to be cleaned more in depth: there is buildup mold behind the tap, buildup of scale on the shower plate, and the double mattress is not great: any movement on one side is transmitted to the other end of the bed.

Pros: Toni was very helpfull and kind for us! We could made or check in earlier and it was great because we were traveling with 3 small kids from 3 am. Place is very cozy u have everything what u need + extra coffies what was a great after so many hours of travel😅😊 next to the department there is a bus stop which will take u almost to all places in palermo and like 25 min walk train station which u can take to go to the airport! Everithing great! Hightly recomended!

Pros: Ottima posizione per le nostre esigenze, appartamento luninoso e cofertevole. Con macchina facile trovare parcheggio. Diversi supermercati, ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Staff molto cordiale.

Soggiorno piacevole e rilassante

Pros: Posizione ottima per raggiungere centro di Palermo con autobus o altre mete anche a piedi, come ad esempio la Favorita il teatro Verdura e lo stadio comunale . Panorama dalla veranda bellissimo. Poco distanti, market, bar, pizzerie e locali dove poter acquistare cibo. Appartamento molto luminoso e fornito di condizionatori efficientissimi . Un grande grazie a Toni, per la grande disponibilità e professionalità dimostrata.

Cons: Unica pecca, essendoci un ospedale nelle vicinanze, il passaggio di qualche ambulanza.
