[La Maiolica] - Centro storico

Pros: The apartment was right in the historical center of Palermo. Excellent location! The rooms were big and everything clean. The host was friendly and responsive and self check-in was smooth

Cons: There was a small problem with the water, as it would sometimes turn cold during shower. The host explained how to reset the water heater but this happened a few times during our stay

Pros: Normally, you get the code to the lock box for the keys, but we arrived (way) sooner than expected. The owner said it wasn’t a problem at all for us to enter earlier, met us at the appartment and handed over the keys.

Cons: There was some sort of shower head/bidet leaking, which caused a big spill on the floor. We cleaned it but at first couldn’t find the cause of the water leak. Over night a lot of water spilled again… Once we found the issue, we had already used most of our towels to “clean up” the mess. Nevertheless, the stay was very nice! If the water leak gets fix (which I think should be easy), I would definitely recommend staying at La Maiolica!

Perfect spot for downtown activities. Remember indoor sneakers and sweater for the winter.

Pros: The location was perfect and it was still easy to find parking on the street. Two bedrooms were spacious and the beds were good. The host was friendly and responsive.

Cons: Street noise was loud during the nights. When the temperature outside dropped below 10 degC, the indoor temperature became chilly especially in the bathrooms. This was due to inefficient heat pump fans.

Pros: The apartment is incredibly big and comfortable, the bedrooms are large and everything was really clean. The mattresses and pillows are truly comfortable and it is a great place to stay inPalermo

Pros: Check in was smooth, the property was spacious and clean. We were given all the essential information from the get go and a recommended list of places to visit was also provided 😄 Would visit again!

Pros: Ubytovanie je skoro v centre. Veľké priestory, dobrá lokalita. Ráno trochu hlučno od cesty, kvôli zábave turistov. Celkom spokojný.

Ruim appartement in het centrum van de stad

Pros: Zeer ruim appartement, perfect gelegen in het centrum van de stad. Inchecken verliep heel vlot. Ook de communicatie met de host verliep heel goed. We mochten zelfs vroeger binnen dan het normale incheck uur omdat dit overeenkwam met onze vluchten. Merk wel op dat het appartement in een zijstraat van een grote hoofdstraat gelegen is. Dit betekent dat het geluid van op straat vaak tot laat in de avond te horen is. Het appartement is op de zesde verdieping, maar er is een lift aanwezig in het gebouw dus dit is allesbehalve een probleem. Uit een van de kamers heb je op het balkon prachtig zicht op de bergen en de zee verderop. We hebben er erg van genoten! Zowel de stad als het appartement zijn een aanrader :)

Pros: L'appartamento è ai piani alti per cui risulta essere piuttosto silenzioso. I letti sono comodi e le camere ampie (una delle tre camere più piccola ma adeguata ad una coppia). Sono andata con 7 amiche e abbiamo riscontrato tutte un'ottima pulizia. Non abbiamo mangiato in appartamento ma sempre fuori...nelle vicinanze si trova di tutto. Presente anche una panetteria con brioches e genovesi alla ricotta eccezionali.

ALOJAMIENTO PERFECTO

Pros: Precioso piso muy muy amplio con limpieza perfecta y 2 minutos andando de la zona centro, habitaciones enormes y una cocina con salón para disfrutarla. Francesco muy amable y responde inmediatamente. Para volver
