Perfect location to stay in the heart of the old, trendy and lively heart of Palermo. <3

Pros: Incredibly great location! Inside the old city centre, but hidden between streets, with beautiful terrace and interior. A top stay in Palermo for 1 o 2 people. I have spent a week and already miss the place.

Cons: hard to say. One may hear some sounds of people from streets but that is natural while living in the heart of the city.

Really enjoyed our stay!!The rooftop area is an added bonus. We would definitely return!!

Pros: Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean.Excellent location for sightseeing. Lots of restaurants nearby and the marina a short walk away. Host was excellent and promptly replied to any queries we had.

Cons: Had some issues with the shower pressure/temperature, but everything else outweighed that problem! *Lots of steps up to apartment. Didn’t bother us but would be important to consider for anyone with mobility concerns. ( Also bedroom is upstairs!)

Pros: Very nice, clean, comfortable and well organized flat. The terrace was absolutely amazing ! Very easy to enter in the place even late. The location is very central to visit and to go to the main train/bus stations to go out of Palerme too.

Cons: Nothing.

Very nice location, great natural light. A bit hot in summer.

Pros: Location is superb, the terrace is a nice addition as there is no living room. The kitchen has all necessary appliances. The apartment is bright and has lots of natural light despite being located in a narrow street. The host provided coffee and all necessary information including local maps. She also responded quickly on Whatsapp to all our queries.

Cons: The bedroom is located in a second and last floor which heats up a lot in summer days. You will need to sleep with the AC on. The shower temperature is really hard to regulate and constantly switches from very hot to cold. We could not manage to have a comfortable shower.

Pros: L'appartamento è pulitissimo e bello esattamente come in foto. Ci sono due livelli, cucina e bagno sotto, camera e terrazzo sopra. La posizione è perfetta perché si trova in pieno centro, in più il terrazzo e il balcone in cucina sono un plus soprattutto se si viaggia d'estate, per passare un po' di tempo all'aperto e avere una bellissima vista sui tetti e i campanili delle chiese intorno. La cucina è abbastanza attrezzata per poter mangiare a casa, c'è tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza di qualche giorno.

Cons: Nulla. D'inverno la cucina può essere un po' fredda perché il riscaldamento è solo al piano di sopra, ma adesso a Gennaio la minima a Palermo è di 8° e la massima a volte anche 17° quindi si resiste senza alcun problema. Per l'estate immagino sia perfetto perché il condizionatore è in camera.

Pros: La ubicación es ideal para ir a pie a verlo todo. La cama es muy cómoda, la terraza ideal, limpio, el café muy bueno y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.
