Pros: The property was really clean, comfortable and it was near to everything what you should see in Palermo

We had a wonderful time.

Pros: Great location in the historical center. Very safe because of the internal court. Easy to find a free parking place near the location. Beautiful apartment at the ground floor, very clean, modern and well equipped. Every room with AC and TV. Host was kind and helpful.

Good place as almost inside the old city

Pros: it is quite a big appartement. Clean and quite new as well (newly redecorated). Very close (5 mins walk) to key tourist attractions and old downtown. Very convenient. The owner is quite nice and welcoming. Communications were easy and good as well.

Cons: The neighborhood.

Great host

Pros: The host was lovely and very accommodating. She went over and beyond with showing me where everything was in the apartment and how to use it. Despite the language barrier, google translater was a great help with communicating between the two of us. Her recommendation for a local restaurant was wonderful! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen amenities were superb. A machine machine and clothes airer were helpful to wash all our clothes before our journey home. I would stay again and would recommend it to my friends.

Cons: While the location was good and within walking distance to all the major sites, I did however feel a little unsafe in the area.

Great apartment for groups >5

Pros: The apartment was very clean and well-kept! We felt very comfortable as a group of 5. Personally I like hard beds so it was great for me but might not be for everyone. Everything was within walking distance too. From tourist sites to amazing food locations and only 15 mins walk from the train station. The owners left coffee and some pastries for us to try and even allowed us to check out a little later since we had a late evening flight. Although we didn't speak Italian she took her time to explain to us and used translation tools to make us feel very welcomed.

Cons: Soundproofing in the building wasn't the greatest. You can hear people going up to the other floors if they were really loud. Luckily there was no noisy neighbours at night.

Pros: Central location, the host was very friendly and helpful. Very clean, fresh apartment.

Pros: Właścicielka była niezwykle pomocna, uprzejma i miła. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do chodzenia pieszo po Palermo. Przytu;ny i wygodny apartament. Bardzo czysto. Drobna uwaga - kuchnia mogłaby być minimalnie lepiej wyposażona w naczynia (było nas 5 osób) i nóż do krojenia inny niż do jedzenia.

Pros: Perfekte Lage, um Palermo zu Fuß zu erkunden. Das Apartment liegt in einer nur durchschnittlichen Wohngegend mit Geschossbauten, ist aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Es gab einen von uns unverschuldeten Schaden im Bad, der von der Vermieterin sehr schnell, unkompliziert und freundlich gehandhabt wurde, dafür ein großes Lob.

Cons: Die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort ist schwierig und erfordert mitunter etwas Zusatzzeit.

Eccezionale

Pros: Appartamento molto bello, pulito , letti comodi , molto pratico e funzionale, ci siamo sentiti a casa! Abbiamo apprezzato l’avere a disposizione stendino e ferro da stiro. La posizione è assolutamente perfetta, fuori dalla ztl ma in pieno centro storico con tutti i monumenti vicini da visitare a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto problemi con il parcheggio . La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile! Assolutamente consigliato

Cons: Unica cosa che migliorerei : aggiungere dei guanciali più grossi .

Un sejur absolut perfect.

Pros: Apartamentul a fost foarte confortabil, a avut toate facilitățile pentru a oferi un sejur plăcut. Există 2 băi utilate complet, foarte utile pentru un grup numeros. Dormitoarele au avut paturi și perne confortabile, aerul condiționat a funcționat perfect în toate camerele, au existat: mașină de spălat, fier de călcat, uscător de rufe, veselă, etc. Locația este la aproximativ 10-15 minute de mers de principalele puncte de atracție. Doamna care ne-a întâmpinat a fost deosebit de drăguță și amabilă și ne-a oferit toate informațiile utile pentru un sejur plăcut.

Cons: Traseul de la gară spre locație, pe care îl alege Google maps, trece printr-o zonă foarte murdară și nesigură.
