Pros: Irene is very nice and warm person who cares about her guests comfort. She is on disposition if you need her and will give you necessary information about what to see in the town, where to eat etc. Also provides shuttle service in cooperation with her son Claudio. He is also very nice and will give you a pleasant drive to/from the airport. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and equiped with pretty much everything that you might need. Location is quiet and 10-15 min from the city center. You won't regret if you stay here!

Excellent apartment near city centre

Pros: Very friendly owner, excellent location within walking distance of Palermo's hisyoric center, well-equipped all around and the outside seat was nice. Quiet in the evenings. Highly recommended!

An amazing place to stay in Palermo

Pros: This is probably one of the best rental apartments we have stayed at, so far. It is located in a quaint and lived-in neighbourhood, some 20 minutes on foot from the centre and the main attractions. The place is exactly as pictured, with two nicely decorated and comfortable bedrooms, and two squeeky clean bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with snacks and drinks you can enjoy for a small fee. The host Irene is very responsive and helpful, and she was waiting for us at the time of arrival. And as a bonus, there is a nice private courtyard patio great for relaxing at the end of your day.

Cons: Irene's place is so well equipped (comfortable beds, nice bedding, towels, iron and board, complimentary shampoo and body wash, AC in every room) and we really didn't miss anything. We loved the easy access to the main attractions, while having our own peace and quiet. The streets are safe to walk around and we feel we got an authentic sense of local life.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, well equipped kitchen. Continental breakfast elements are included in the price. Apartment has two bathrooms but one is outside, ie. it is located on a small backyard not in the apartment as such. Grocery is only few minutes walking.

Cons: Small thing - the apartment is a little bit dark as it located through the entire building. Did not bother us very much

Helpful and supporting host

Pros: Everything was clean and proper. Irene was very supportive.

Cons: When visting Palermo, one need to take in the account that the city is quite dirty and messy. Walking in the neiborhood was not so pleasant, although the architecture and sorrounding buildings are interesting from art and history point of view. In contrast to the outside, the apartment was very well cured

Pros: The apartment is excellent, huge, and cozy, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything, and they also offer snacks, pasta, sauces, water, and beverages for a fee. Like with a minifridge in a hotel, you pay what you take. It's convenient if you don't have time to go to the supermarket. We walked on foot to the city center, it's not too far, and the location is very quiet.

Fabulous apartment.

Pros: Very nice, cozy and clean apartment!!! It truly exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Property has everything! I can not think about anything that could be added/done better

We felt very safe and very comfortable in this spacious apartment.

Pros: Irena was a most gracious host, on hand when we arrived to help us with parking, even made us a coffee to show us how the machine worked. We were also given information on what to visit to make most of our time in Palermo. Thank you Irena for making us feel welcome.

Cons: Parking is hard to get in Palermo but Irena saved us a spot. Our car remained in that spot until we left. Took public transport and walked to see the sights.

Pros: colazione non inclusa , essendo un appartamento , tuttavia l'host ha messo a disposizione tisane, caffè , frutta , fette biscottate...al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Spazio cucina molto ben attrezzato. pulizia eccellente ben fornito e attrezzato di ogni confort (biancheria, prodotti per igiene e pulizia, bollitore, cucina ben fornita, Televisioni, ecc), disponibilità di ogni cosa si potesse aver bisogno appartamento molto accogliente, molto curato, spazi ampi e confortevoli bel giardino usufruibile con il bel tempo Proprietaria prontamente disponibile per ogni necessità

Cons: accesso al secondo bagno un po' critico in caso di pioggia, essendo collocato nel cortiletto esterno accesso alla lavatrice un po' critico in caso di pioggia, essendo collocata in uno spazio esterno, con brevissimo passaggio non coperto. Sicuramente queste criticità non rilevano in caso di bel tempo

Pros: muy amplio, cómodo y equipado. en planta baja en barrio tranquilo a media hora a pie del centro se puede estacionar en la calle
