Spacious, light filled apartment in the best location.
Pros: Excellent stay. This beautiful apartment in a vintage building is in a great location - walkable to everything. Note that the rooms are large, comfortable and light filled. The bedroom is in the back of the unit and was very quiet. A special note that our host, Roberto was incredible responsive and went out of his way to assist us with drivers and suggest a great Vet.

Pros: A very stylish and roomy apartment that was a joy to come back to after sightseeing. It had lots of facilities and a modern bathroom and kitchen.

Beautiful
Pros: Lovely spacious property, very clean with lots of amenities included. The property is located beside the Port within a 15 min walk of the main historical buildings. Roberto was very helpful and had lots of great recommendations. Thank you for a great stay :)

odd place on the edge of the historic district.
Pros: i enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and its comfort. there were several places to relax. there was plenty of heat. the kitchen was well equipped. there were not quite enough coffee pods. i suppose i could have made a request for more, which brings me to what i didn't like.
Cons: there was absolutely no contact with the host. everything was done online, through texts, etc. he wouldn't even cone down to let us in, instead used a buzzer. i like contact. apparently he does not. i extended my stay and instead of meeting with me, he chose to forward a website. thankfully there were no issues. typically, when hosts take this tact in their relationship to their guests it does not bode well, but again, while i'm on the fence about reviewing this place, nothiing bad transpired. the immediate neighborhood is not all that good, though nearby are some good restaurants and cafes.

Pros: Large, well located and well appointed, clean apartment. We parked in the public car park just across the main road on the port side - about 150 metres away - cost us €18 per day and was very easy. Communication was excellent. Comfortable bed. A few nice little personal touches that made the place feel like home. Hopefully I return to Palermo one day; and if I do this will be my first choice.

Great Place!
Pros: Very good location: minutes walk to Teatro Massimo, Palermo Cathedral and other landmarks. Unit well appointed. Clean. Spacious. Two balconies. One balcony is facing the port. Good supplies: water, coffee, snacks, toiletries. Washing machine. Elevator. Good communication with the host. Highly recommend.
Cons: Free parking is very difficult to get on Stabile Street. We were extremely lucky to get one and we didn't move the car until we left Palermo. The nearby underground parking is quite expensive.
