Great find in the historic centre of Palermo

Pros: Wonderful 2 night stay in Palermo. The apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, great aircon and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Great location in the historic centre. Ezio picked us up at the airport and we were greeted by Rita at the property who gave great recommendations for things to see in the city. Thank you both very much. We had a fantastic time 💕

Futtitinni - Charming Hospitality!

Pros: We recently had an unforgettable stay at Futtitinni! From check-in, Rita and Ezio welcomed us with warmth, sharing their passion for Palermo's rich culture. While there might be a bit of a language barrier, Google Translate helped ease communication, making the process smooth. The property is charming, beautifully refurbished, and impeccably clean, creating a cozy atmosphere. Its location in the heart of the cultural center is perfect for exploring the best of Palermo. A small note for light sleepers: there’s a neighbor who plays delightful 70-90s music in the early evening until sunset. It truly adds to the charm of the little courtyard. Overall, we highly recommend Futtitinni! The ideal location, lovely accommodations, and exceptional hospitality from Rita and Ezio make it a must-visit.

Newly renovated Great Hosts

Pros: The property had only been recently been updated which made it that much more comfortable. Little touches like USB points in the bedroom power outlets, plus lots of wall hangers made it very convenient place to stay. It was so central to all of Palermo’s sights. We walked to all of them. The hosts were lovely, leaving some wine for us to enjoy, taking us to the airport on our departure and helping with day trips. Well Done

Cons: One flight of stairs but it’s hard to avoid these. And we were helped with the luggage

Pros: Very easy to check in, clean apartment, hosts are very friendly.

Pros: The property is located 2 minutes from the Main Street with bars, restaurants and shops. Well within walking distance of all the main attractions. The property itself is bright, clean and well furnished. Perfect place to stay to explore Palermo, the hosts are lovely and always available to help.

A perfectly located clean apartment with helpful hosts

Pros: This is an excellent place. We can really recommend it. These are a few of the things we appreciated: * It was very clean everywhere in the apartment * Furniture, beds, kitchen utensils etc all seemed brand new or nearly new * The host is very helpful. He replies immediately to What’s app messages and is eager to help with whatever. He also helped us with a transfer in his own car from the AirPort to the apartment * The apartment is perfectly located in the historic centre near the main shopping/restaurant streets and a fantastic gelateria is one minute away. Despite the city center location it is very silent during nights. We were not disturbed at all by traffic, neighbours etc.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Nice touches like wine, coffee, biscotti. Rita & Ezio were so friendly & it was fun to talk through google translate. It was my birthday & they even sent me happy birthday wishes 🎂

Fantastic location, beautiful people!

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay here as a small family of 3. From our initial pickup with Ezio to meeting Rita at the property, they welcomed us like family & we felt so fortunate to meet such wonderful people. The place was well equipped, the coffee a wonderful surprise & the bathroom facilities amazing. Our wee balcony was perfect & an excellent location to explore the sights of Palermo.

Pros: It was definitely worth for the price. We were 3 friends and stayed there for 2 nights and the bedrooms were very clean and had more space than enough. We could have some apero in the balcony. The place was very central, 2 min to the best arancino place KePalle. The host was very kind and provided useful info about Palermo and very delicious biscotti. Will stay here for sure for our next trip to Palermo.
