Pros: The apartment was close to lots of restaurants and cafes. Only a short walk to the Theatre, Palace and many other places to visit. So a great central location. We did manage to park very close but be aware of people trying to get money from you.

Cons: There can be some noise on the street at night-time so many earplugs would be handy.

Pros: The location is perfect for who wants to be in the historical area of the city. The owner of the apartment Davide is very nice, friendly and hospitable. And the apartment is comfortable and efficient.

Cons: The only thing is if you’re not used to humid conditions maybe this could be compelling.

Pros: The apartment is in very good location and quiet spacious. We enjoyed our staying in there, however, I should note that the parking around was very challenging and caused some not very pleasant experiences.

Pros: It was like i was in my home. Very big house with everything you may need. Even a wash mashine. Very beautiful inside. 2 bedrooms with balcony and a living room. Out hostess very polite. Gave us information to where to go. We loved it. We would stay again

Pros: Great Italian style apartment, has all the amenities, located 5 minutes walk from the pedestrian street with all the restaurants. There were no problems during the stay at all. The apartment had crockery, two working air conditioners and a fan, coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer. The owner is very responsible and pleasant to deal with, speaks English. Once we could not open the door, we called the owner and he came as soon as possible to solve the problem. We highly recommend this apartment.

A most enjoyable stay in Palermo. I would recommend Davide’s house to anyone.

Pros: Davide is a great host. He met us at the apartment when we arrived and explained everything to us. The apartment is old and has old furnishings that are very charming. It is very close to many restaurants and shops and an easy walk to the market. We had a very enjoyable stay. Davide drove us to the airport at the end of our stay.

Cons: It gets a bit noisy at night from nearby restaurants and bars but that is all part of the charm.
