Pros: Very nice clean and cozy apartment with balcony :) Owner responded very quickly to our questions. Very quiet and safe surroundings.

Cons: Location is quite far away from Palermo center, train station was around 25min walking distance. Some groceries and bakeries were nearby which is very good. There was no pedestrian road around apartment so not very convenient to walk especially with baby stroller. It was dark in the evening and people are speeding there. The best option is to drive a car. We were not very lucky, 3 days out of 7 we had different issues with electricity and water as the pipes broke just over our apartment. But it can happen everywhere and it was solved quite quickly.

Pros: The owner was very responsive The apartment was clean and well equipped with all we needed. It was quite close to a bus stop which took us into the city or to Mondello Beach.

Cons: Unfortunately there are no nice restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is in a residential area and not really entirely suitable for tourists but we enjoyed staying there. There are cafes and supermarkets.

good n clean apartment

Pros: all facilities were provided, coffee powder, oil n kitchen equipment. washing machine, free parking, aircon and showering stuff. Nothing more I could ask for! the distance was slightly further away from city centre (10km away) but nothing you can't solve without a car. we stayed for a night and woke up early for our flight out PMO.

Cons: nothing! everything was good. I think good to stay for a week

Pros: Perfect sized apartment for a family of 3. Located halfway between Mondello beach and the outskirts of Palermo on the 4th floor of a large apartment building. Very clean and comfortable apartment equipped with everything we needed. Nothing fancy but perfectly fine. We didn’t meet the owner in person but he was very responsive via messages and the local lady Giovanna who met us was a pleasure to deal with. While there are a couple of small shops and bars/takeaways within walking distance, a car is needed to get around.

Cons: While the apartment was fairly modern, the apartment building was dated, with an old rattling lift with signs saying part of the door is broken and might jam. One of the towels we were given had stains on it.

Pros: The apartment was excellent—well-equipped with everything we needed and offering a beautiful view from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable, and the coffee was the best! Great value for the price. Parking was easy, and Giovanna was exceptionally polite and helpful, making our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. A big thank you, and we look forward to staying again next time!

Pros: Apartment 2 rooms -IV floor ,elevator, nicely decorated, kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. Super clean, which is a great advantage. Free parking in front of the building. Heating with air conditioning. Very quiet. I personally highly RECOMMEND

Nice flat for a stay in Palermo

Pros: + very friendly owner / efficient communication + very nice flat / comfortable + quiet + parking

Cons: - a little bit out of touristic areas, but quiet and safe area - only one bedroom for 4 people

Pros: The apartment is modern, beautiful and well-equipped! Spotlessly clean and comfortable! Located at a short distance from the Mondello beach. The check-in/out experience was smooth and the host Giovanni and co-host Gauri were extremely polite and available! They gave us a warm welcome! Highly recommend 👍🏻

Lovely stay in Palermo

Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Giovanni is an excellent host and gave us all the necessary information when required. The location is great: 5 minutes by car from Mondello beach, there is even a bus stop close to the apartment which brings you to the city center. The house was very clean, cozy and very well furnished. I loved the tiny balcony facing monte pellegrino. We will definitely come back!

Pros: Hosts super simpáticos y disponibles. Apartment clean with beautiful view from the balcony. Bien ubicado. 10min from center by car
