Politeama Theater Apartments

Pros: Super good location, spacious, nice view from 3 balconies. Comfortable bed, kitchen well equipped with a coffee machine. Possible to find a place for parking downstears.

Cons: The owner was not very responsive and the flat was not very clean, the cleaners should be supervised more.

Almost perfect

Pros: It was lovely clean spacious flat with a nice view and not far from the center :)

Cons: The shower was badly designed with a shower head that was too big for the glass cabin and a glass cabin that was too small for anybody bigger than a small person to fit in … and the cabin door was too close to the bidet and it’s a pity because with a better designed shower there was plenty of of room in the bathroom for all … and the holder for the shower head was broken … the guy who was running it was not very friendly …

Great stay in Palermo

Pros: Cute and cozy flat close to the city center. Very clean and had all the essentials. 2 toilet rolls for 3 nights seemed a bit stingy

Apartment with nice views in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Nice apartment in a good area of Palermo. The all-round view from the windows/balkonies is fantastic.

A good place to stay for a few days if you are a couple and want to be closed to old town.

Pros: The apartment is located in a renovated and very clean building, in contrast with the rest of the near-by buildings, walking distance from the center / historical area. The apartment was equipped with all the basic (coffee-machine, refrigerator, microwave, etc.). The host (Gabrielle) was really helpful into solving our issues.

Cons: For a family of 3 people, it was a bit small. There is no way to heat the bathroom, it was quite cold in there. The room had an AC that we used for heating but it was a bit noisy. The furniture looked old and cheap. The neighbourhood was really creepy, very noisy and miserable. The Saturday night was a no-sleeper, some guys put loud music in the streets almost all night.

Pros: nice size apartment,had two beds,great it had kitchen,close to opera house square,via Roma,staff helpful

Big, comfortable with some issues

Pros: Very ,very clean, light and spacious apartment. The hosts responded very quickly to an issue we had with the lock. The street didn’t feel too safe at the beginning BUT after just one evening we changed our minds. The locals were good. La Gondola restaurant (less than 100m away) is superb. We went 3 nights. Bus stop is close by plus you can walk to just about all attractions of Palermo without any problem. We enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The street is very noisy from early in the morning. A small, quiet bar across the street emptied their glass bottles into a large big every morning at around 6:30. All windows and doors are double glazed but…we didn’t want to use air conditioning at night and having the windows/doors open was not an option. Access to the very small shower is no good at all.

Very good time

Pros: Great City, appartment close to the attractions, very nice to relax with everything You need. Good wifi, iron, and so on.. It was great to be there. And altough is close to the city center in the same time generally is apart from crowds and city noizze.

Cons: Only friday and saturday is sometimes very loud because of street party at nearby square till midnight. But like Italian - every local is familiar with this weekend funzone;) and windows in apartment with sunshades are almost soundproof;) - my wife and kid sleeps so it depends how is your sleeper type;)

Pros: Very helpful staff, nice and clean room with all the amenities

Cons: The location, really crowded and it was so noisy that it was really difficult to sleep at night.
