Maciuni Apartment

Fantastic place to explore from

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great location for exploring the historic area. Lovely restaurants nearby. Beds were so comfy and the terrace was lovely to sit out on. Lift to third floor helped with luggage. Giuseppe was a fantastic host, responsive. And gave clear instructions. Thank you.

Totally recommend!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! Everything was perfect — the apartment was spotless, the location was excellent, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. We even received a welcome bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommended!

Super

Pros: The apartment in Palermo was very comfortable. It was very quiet and located in a great spot—close to everything, yet tucked away from the main tourist street. It felt like an oasis where we could retreat after a full day of exploring Palermo and the surrounding area, all in a beautifully and modernly furnished space. We stayed in an apartment that had only skylight windows, but they could be opened by remote control and also had remote-controlled blinds. The bed was extremely comfortable, and so were the kitchenette and bathroom—both very well equipped and pleasant to use. The owner welcomed us with a bottle of wine waiting in the fridge and cookies from a local bakery, which became our go-to place for breakfast every day. If we ever return to Palermo, we will definitely try to book this place again.

Absolutely fabulous

Pros: We stayed in the one bedroom apartment - it was very comfortable and in a great location for restaurants etc. My husband and I have stayed in many apartments all over the world and the owner, Giuseppe, was the most attentive and helpful host we've ever had.

Pros: We really liked this apt, it was nicely furnished, with 2 TVs and everything you need. Bed in the bedroom was also comfy and big enough for 2 adults. Communication with the owner was very smooth as well as the entry instructions he provided. City centre and bus/train station is in walking distance, max 10-15min.

Cons: We were just lucking a proper kitchen knife and some hangers for the towels, otherwise it was perfect!

Pros: Bardzo dobrze wyposażony, nowoczesny i przestronny apartament z tarasem. Lokalizacja cicha i jednocześnie w zasięgu spaceru centrum historyczne i morze. Cenne wskazówki gospodarza dot. miejsc wartych odwiedzenia. Gorąco polecam:)

Excellent apartment, wonderful host, nothing to improve!

Pros: Our stay at Maciuni Apartment was absolutely exceptional. My husband and I used to run a hotel in Berlin and have traveled extensively all over the world, and I have to say that Giuseppe's helpfulness and the attention to detail in his apartment are really outstanding. The flat is perfectly furnished, equipped with anything one might ever need for their stay, it is perfectly clean, and in a fantastic location, close to all the best Palermo has to offer but in a very quiet side street. Giuseppe was incredibly helpful with anything we asked, offered an early checkin and a late checkout at no extra charge, and was immediately available for any and all questions. We loved it here, and will definitely come back!

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Das Appartement ist großzügig, sauber ,neu. Mir würde nichts einfallen, was man verbessern könnte.

Rewelacyjne miejsce. Idealna lokalizacja. Bardzo udany pobyt 😊

Pros: Super miejsce.

Wygodny taras z przyjemnym widokiem. Baaardzo polecamy! 2 sypialnie, 2 osobne łazienki i duży salon.

Cons: Ze względu na remont kamienicy obok, wejście trochę odstrasza ale to problem przejściowy.
