Wonderful, welcoming and great location
Pros: Wonderful, welcoming hosts and a spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment. The stocked fridge and pantry were a lovely surprise. Great location within easy walking distance to the train station, so it was easy to do a couple of day trips, as well as buses, shops, the waterfront, and historic center. Good choice of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend.

Easily accessible to sights and first class service from hosts
Pros: Great location just a few minutes from the historical centre of Palermo. Super clean, well equipped kitchen. Hosts leave lovely welcoming food . They are very amenable to being contacted and asked questions and respond v quickly. Lots of recommendations for restaurants etc
Cons: Area on surface looks a bit rough but was totally fine and safe.

Pros: The Apartment was very quiet and big and very cosy. The host was very very nice and helped us with everything even with the ride to the airport. If we come back to Palermo we would take the same Appartement again. Thank u so much for everything

Cinzia & Robert are the best hosts of any apartment we've ever stayed in.
Pros: Cinzia & Roberto left all sorts of goodies for breakfast, bread, butter jam, orange juice, coffee, tea and the most beautiful bowl of fresh fruit. The apartment was well positioned to walk to all the main city attractions and had many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was also very quiet & peaceful
Cons: We loved everything about the apartment.

An amazing and affordable location to discover Palermo with extremely accommodating hosts.
Pros: Cinzia and Roberto met us with keys, fresh fruit, Italian pastries and a few other goodies. It was a wonderful surprise. Their welcoming and smiling faces gave us certainty it was going to be a good stay. The building itself has a wonderful charm, an elevator which is appreciated and close to many of Palermo's attractions while being far away enough to get a good night sleep. We were only two friends travelling, but the apartment is well equipped for 2 couples or a family. One bedroom has a double bed while the second a double bed with a single just in case. In general, the quality vs the price was spot on and I would say even exceeded our expectations. (Roberto even helped me find forms for making cannoli shells which I have taken back home.) Thank you Cinzia and Roberto for helping make our stay so memorable.
Cons: Not much I can say here. The tv's could use an update, but then again you're not in Palermo to watch TV ;)

Definitely recommended, you are going to love both the hosts and the apartment!
Pros: Roberto and Cinizia, the hosts, are extremely kind and helpful. Will give you all the necesarry practical information on places to go & see, beaches, shops, everything. The apartment is very clean, very quiet, very nice and fully equipped. I mean FULLY EQUIPPED, much better than back home :-) Beds are comfortable, air conditiong works fine. The location is very convenient if you plan to use trains and buses (5 min walk) which I recommend greatly.

Pros: Large appartment, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, close to central station and many interesting places to visit. The owner is very friendly and is open to help with anything!

Superb, luxurious and relaing place to stay with excellent hosts.
Pros: Excellent apartment, had everything for your comfort. Spacious, clean and very welcoming. So much food left for our use, couldn't finish the fruit basket. Met us at the airport and it was like meeting family. Would highly recommend. Close to train station. lidl. Thank you hope to visit again in the future
Cons: Nothing even if they tried there is nothing to improve on. Beautiful apartment do try it, Lovely family will be hard to find such kind and helpful hosts.

wonderful stay, beautiful apartment of a very nice couple!
Pros: the most friendliest couple we ever met, the welcome was super!
Cons: so clean, comfortable, everything was there! also not far from the treinstation and the historical city!
