Pros: The apartament îs located close to the city center, it is nicely furnished and comfortable
Cons: Although the location îs very close to the center, the street and building looks scary, we had the impression that we are in a slum. The soundproofing in the apartament was inadequate. Street noise, including cars and children shouting, was clearly audible.Additionally, construction noise from an adjacent site was persistent and disruptive.There was a garbage area directly below the windows.When the windows were opened,unpleasant odors permeated the room, and there was a concern about cockroaches pontentially entering from this area.

Pros: Nice and modern apartment. Everything fine, we had a good time here.
Cons: The street in which the apartment is located is a bit dirty and not as welcoming as some of the more popular streets. If you don’t mind, then definitely choose this apartment!

Self-catering apartment, where you're left to yourself unless you need help.
Pros: Facilities were great, although it would've been nice to be shown how to use the coffee machine which I think was broken (or I couldn't work it). This is basically a self-catering apartment suitable for the independent traveller. The hosts are conctatable by whatsapp, but if you don't have a problem you won't see them all holiday.
Cons: The location isn't very nice. Via Colonna Rotta is less salubrious than some, it's typically Sicilian in that from the outside it looks quite run down, but that's just Palermo, however the street is constantly covered in dog mess, which isn't cleaned up by the dog's owners, this is often between parked cars and in the middle of the pavement, making it a trap waiting to happen (and one I fell for in my sandals). Positionally it's a decent (10 mins) walking distance from the historic district and perhaps 15 - 20 from the shopping district so from that perspective it's ok.

Pros: Nice and clean apartament. Very comfortable beds. Clean bathroom and kitchen equipt with basic things. Friendly host. Good location close to Palazzo Normani. Neighborhood of nice bakeries, shops and groceries.
Cons: Little bit dirty neighborhood...

Nice appartment.
Pros: We have arrived before the check in time as it was raining and our plans has changed. However, the owner has managed to help us. The apartment was clean and nice. The apartment is not far away from the main monuments to visit (around 5-8min of walk to main street). The apartment has a kitchen, big room and the bathroom. Furthermore, the pastiserie down the street was delicious which make our visit sweeter. I will defenately recommend the visit.
Cons: The wifi sometimes did not worked as expected but with the help of the owner - the signal has improved.

Great deal!
Pros: The host was really nice. We were 2h late with our arrival (we arrived late at night) and he friendly waited for us. In the middle of the week he checked if we need anything, what I appreciated! He also let us leave our bags in the apartment after check out because of late flight. Apartment is newly renovated and it is clean.

Pros: Is a convenienta location, near the main atractions from Palermo. They accept late check out.
Cons: It is a weird quartier, but we did not have any problems with neighbours.
