Pleasant stay with a super-friendly host

Pros: It was a very pleasant stay. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and spacious. The location is great, as everything is within walking distance. You feel right at home. I especially loved the Ortigia cup in the bathroom! I must express our gratitude to the host, Giuseppe. Since a friend who was traveling with us had her birthday there, I wanted to order a bouquet of flowers and a birthday cake online in advance, but the somewhat unclear delivery time would have made our daily planning a little difficult. However, Giuseppe offered to pick up the items (at no extra cost) relatively early on a Saturday morning and bring them to the apartment. Everything worked out wonderfully, and we were able to make our friend very happy. I found this hospitality truly unique! Thank you very much, Giuseppe!

Simply stunning you will not find better....

Pros: Just WOW, this place is stunning. Giuseppe was at our disposal every step of the way with very clear directions and instructions. Comfortable, immaculate apartments, spent probably a solid 10 mins just admiring the ceilings which are works of art!... Location is simply superb, easy access to absolutely everything and after the amazing chaos of wonderful Palermo, it was just stunning to get back and put your feet up. Thank you for being so amazing x

Pros: Our stay at the Zahir Apartment was nothing short of enchanting. Nestled in the heart of Palermo, this charming space offered the perfect blend of modern comfort and Sicilian character. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed the host was warm, responsive, and full of helpful recommendations that made our trip even more special. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. The decor is stylish yet cozy, with natural light flooding the space during the day and soft ambient lighting at night that made it feel like a true retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was spotlessly clean. One of our favorite parts was the small balcony perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The location is unbeatable: just steps from vibrant markets, historic landmarks, incredible restaurants, and charming cafes. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and quiet an ideal place to unwind after exploring the city.

Gorgeous newly renovated spacious apartment

Pros: Gorgeous spacious apartment five minute walk to shops and restaurants. We really loved our stay here and is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in Europe. Giuseppe was helpful with providing recommendations for restaurants and landmarks to visit. I would definitely stay at Zahir Suites again.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect

Perfect suite for small families!

Pros: The property is very well located in walking distance from main attractions in Palermo. It’s spotless and clean, perfect for family. There’s also a small kitchen if you want to do some light cooking for breakfast. For parking, we parked our car in a nearby car park for €13 a day, and walked to most places and restaurants in Palermo. If you like period properties, there are also a few original features in the suite - eg the original floor tiles and ceiling mouldings. The host, Giuseppe, is also very friendly and sent us a document with restaurant recommendations which were all great choices - especially Osteria Mercede that is 2 minutes walk away from the suite.

I would 100% recommend this apartment. Great position, clean, beautiful, great owner.

A beautiful and stylish apartment in the heart of Palermo — a place I will gladly return to many times.

Pros: These were wonderful apartments located just 500 meters from the city center and the historic Teatro Massimo. The rooms are beautifully designed in a stylish interior with charming antique floor tiles, luxurious high ceilings, and two lovely balconies. We were absolutely delighted!

Cons: Having use of the laundry included in the price rather than an extra cost would have been more convenient.

Newly renovated apartment with the best host

Pros: We had an excellent stay! The apartment is newly renovated and beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the essentials. All appliances are new and high quality, making it a very comfortable and convenient stay. The apartment is located in a charming historic building, which adds to its unique character. The highlight of our experience was the host, Giuseppe. He welcomed us with the most delicious cannolis, responded quickly to any questions, provided clear instructions about the apartment, and gave us fantastic local recommendations, especially for places to eat. His hospitality truly made our stay special. Highly recommended!
