Pros: The apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, with two rooms. The hosts were very reactive and helpful whenever we needed assistance, though we never met them in person—even though the listing mentioned a physical check-in. That said, everything went smoothly. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from most of the city’s highlights. However, the apartment is right next to a bar and an elementary school, which makes it quite noisy—especially in the smaller bedroom, where sleeping at night or early in the morning was difficult. Surprised this wasn’t mentioned in other reviews. Overall, a good value for the price, but be prepared for the noise.

Great location
Pros: Excellent location walking distance to all the main sights, the apartment was very clean. Some water bottles, coffee/tea, croissants and condiments were provided which was a nice touch.
Cons: The washing machine left all our clothes soaking wet, ironing board also had no cover

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Palermo but away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds!
Pros: The location was great, close to everything but away from the tourist bustle! Felt like a local in the nearby streets and cafes. The apartment was beautifully presented and the managers were very helpful!
Cons: The washing machine was a disaster and close by bar noisy on the weekends

Great accommodation in Palermo
Pros: Beautiful accommodation in Palermo! Very close to everything. Super comfortable, affordable and secure. Gianluca was very helpful and communicated with us well. Would stay here again if we come back to Palermo!
Cons: There is a small washing machine there available to use, but our clothes came out wet and remained dirty even though we put a very small load on. We ended up using a laundromat instead, but this is a very small complaint, as the accommodation was so lovely in every other aspect!

Pros: the location was perfect, 2 minute walk from main streets, restaurants and the supermarket around the corner. Apartment was extremely comfortable with everything you’d need. owners were very attentive & friendly.
Cons: nothing…. it was exceptional. :D will be back soon….

Pobyt uważam za udany. Polecam.
Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko atrakcji turystycznych, 20 minut spacerem do dworca centralnego. Bardzo ładny apartament. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe naczynia, ekspres do kawy, czajnik, microwave,lodówka. W łazience ręczniki, suszarka do włosów. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Pobyt był bajeczny
Pros: Świetna lokalizacja - blisko najsłynniejszych miejsc turystycznych (katedra, fontanna Pretoria, Quattro Canti, Teatro Massimo, Mercato di Ballaro etc). Apartament przytulny, z dobrze wyposażona kuchnią i kawą nespresso (what else). Wygodna łazienka z wyposażeniem (suszarka, kosmetyki do mycia). Nie korzystałam z wynajętego auta - gdyż miasto jest świetnie skomunikowane (z lotniskiem i pobliskimi atrakcjami). Autobus 100m od apartamentu (101,102). Palermo to miasto eklektyczne, główną jego cechą jest różnorodność. Polecam jeszcze odwiedzić pobliskie Cefalu, Mondello (piękne plaże).
Cons: Apartament był zlokalizowany na parterze, przez co miał słaby dopływ światła naturalnego. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, bo cały dzień spędzaliśmy poza nim, chłonąc atrakcje miasta i okolic.

Lugar cómodo y lindo en Palermo
Pros: El decorado tal y como se ve en las fotos, muy cerca de todo, cafés, restaurantes, atracciones. Gianluca muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.
Cons: Las ventanas necesitan cortinas delgadas translúcidas a parte de las gruesas para poder abrir las cortinas y sentir que hay privacidad y luz.
