Great apartment for a short stay
Pros: The apartment was very nicely furnished and was spacious. The location was perfect - walkable distance to city center and to the harbor, without the need to use public transport to get around the center. The street was also on a quieter side for Palermo standards, there are no noisy bars or restaurants on the street itself, but plenty good options in the neighborhood around and also plenty of grocery shops. The host was also very helpful and responsive.
Cons: Unfortunately, the apartment is located on the ground floor and since we stayed for 6 nights it does get quite noisy as the bedroom window is the only window facing the street (all the others are facing the inner courtyard) where there is quite a lot of foot and car traffic during the night, for light sleepers I'd recommend earplugs. There was also construction going on in the neighborhood itself during our stay, so it was an early rise throughout. The apartment itself is also currently covered in scaffold (although there were no works yet while were staying there) so you cannot open the bedroom window for some fresh air. For a shorter stay this would not be an issue, but for an entire week the street noise can get quite tiring which is why I'd rate the apartment 8.5 (combined with a not very comfortable bed mattrass it was not a restful sleep). Another minus is the absence of the dishwasher because you could see coffee stains on most of the cups, and everything had to be rewashed in the bathroom as the kitchen tap does not have hot water, from a hygiene perspective this was a minus, but if you're staying just for a few nights and not using the dishes, it is not an issue.

Fantastic host, lovely apartment … I had a fabulous stay!
Pros: Loved the layout and very clean . Catia was the best host I’ve ever had anywhere. She was incredibly helpful and kind . Great facilities in the apartment.
Cons: It is an old building and had work going on around but this didn’t alter my enjoyment of the apartment .

Good spacious and comfortable apartment
Pros: It was a good functional apartment with plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay
Cons: Unfortunately the building was under renovation although currently ceased, which we were not advised of. It was therefore not very appealing from outside and foyer area. However once completed it should look good

Splendido Loft!
Pros: Il soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Il loft è un ampio open space con soffitti alti e una grande camera da letto privata. Il letto è molto comodo e l’iMac a disposizione si è rivelato utile per il lavoro. Al mio arrivo l’ambiente era profumato e fresco. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario e ho apprezzato molto anche il piccolo terrazzo con le piante. Catia è stata gentilissima, sempre pronta a rispondere e a fornirmi le informazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Per me, Loft35 sarà sicuramente una tappa fissa.

Super loft, je recommande !
Pros: L’appartement est bien placé à 10min en voiture / 20 min du centre ville, des grandes places à visiter. On a été surprise de la superficie du loft (bien espacé) et adapté pour accueillir une petite famille ou un groupe d’amis. Le loft est très bien équipé et propre. Catia, la propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible pour toute question.

Pros: Я напишу в отзыве только одно ! Catia хозяйка талантливая , добрая и всегда ответить вам ! Квартира супер ! У нас было много вариантов , но , когда я вернусь в Палермо , я остановлюсь только в этих апартаментах ! И еще ! Когда вы приезжаете на Сицилию , не ищите недостатков ! Это прекрасная страна, добрые люди и старые традиции !
