Beach House Mondello

Exceptional accommodation

Pros: The Hoist Giacomo was extremely helpful and organised a taxi for us from Palermo to the Beach House and was there to meet and greet us and even had brought us a gift of beautiful Pastrys. The Beach House has really nice character and very relaxing with everything one would need. Will definitely be back, perfect location and l wish to thank Giacomo for his help and attention to Detail Monica and Philip Ireland

Perfect location, near the beautiful beach of Mondello and with helpful host

Pros: The apartment is spacious and kitted out with everything you need. Just a short walk to Mondello Beach where there is a variety of restaurants.

So close to beach and all amenities, very caring thoughtful efforts by Giacomo

Pros: Giacomo met us in person, waiting for us to arrive, and gave us all the information we may need, explaining local supermarkets, restaurants and where to park for a road trip to Palermo. The house had everything, including enough bath towels, washing clothes and drying out, cooking meals, watching TV, air conditioning, good wifi and a clean apartment in an upmarket area only a few minutes' walk to Mondello beach, which was lovely. Giacomo was available on WhatsApp whenever we needed any advice or to clarify any doubts; that personal touch made all the difference, I highly recommend it.

Cons: We initially needed clarification about depositing the money into the apartment owner's bank account and paying the rest in cash. This is how they work, and it is safe to do so.

A perfect a holiday apartment, close to everything you need, and with a great host!

Pros: The Beach House is a first floor apartment, well situated being 5 minutes walk from the wide sandy bay of Mondello Beach and the nearest restaurants and a few minutes walk to local a mini-market and bakery. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed the morning sunshine with breakfast on the balcony off the kitchen, and evening sunshine with a glass of wine or beer on the balcony off the living room! Our host Giacomo came to the apartment on the day we arrived to welcome us and answer any questions. He was very helpful and provided lots of information about Palermo and the local area. He also offers the service of a taxi driver, Ermanno, for transfers from and to the airport and other journeys during your stay. Ermanno was very good and we recommend his service. The busier part of Mondello and more restaurants are around 20 minutes walk along the beach front, and we enjoyed the walk in the evenings.

Cons: Just a couple of things could improve the apartment. The double bedroom does not have a wardrobe, so that would be a good addition! We were able to use the wardrobe in the second bedroom, so it wasn't a problem for us especially as there was only two of us. Also perhaps add a small table on the balcony outside the kitchen? Otherwise, everything was great.

Pros: The stay was so nice! The house is amazing and the attention of the owner exceptional! He waited for us since we had some trouble at the airport and because of that some delay. Great views, decoration and location. Wonderful place to go back to ♡

Ottimo appartamento, posizione fantastica!

Pros: Tutto! Zona molto tranquilla ma vicina al mare, l’appartamento ha tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno e la persona che lo gestisce è stata precisa, puntuale anche nelle risposte sul sito e gentilissima (grazie Giacomo).

Cons: Nulla!

Pros: Geräumige Wohnung in der ersten Etage mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Balkonen. Mit allem ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür. Nur etwa 200m vom Strand. Sehr freundlicher und fürsorglicher Empfang.

Cons: Die Straße, an der Haus liegt, war sehr vermüllt und die Gehwege stark beschädigt, aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.

Tolle Wohnung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage mit angenehmer Betreuung

Pros: Top Lage 200 m vom Strand entfernt und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ein großer Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen zum Entspannen. Tolle Hinweise des Vermieters für den Aufenthalt.

Pros: Die Lage, der gute Empfang, die grosszügige Ausstattung des Appartements, der hilfreiche und informative Kontakt zum Vermieter. Dankeschön!

Cons: Die Dusche hätte innen an der Schiebetür sauberer sein können. 😉

Pros: Apartament znajduje się w znakomitym miejscu, blisko plaży a jednocześnie w cichej okolicy. Za rogiem jest sklepik prowadzony przez włoską rodzinę z lokalnymi produktami. W apartamencie znajduje się wszystko, czego trzeba, w tym zmywarka i pralka. Czuliśmy się w nim, jak w domu. Dużym plusem jest taras zacieniony od rana, idealny, aby zjeść śniadanie i trochę poleniuchować. Apartament jest przestronny i ma dobrze działającą klimatyzację. Pod apartamentem można zaparkować swój samochód bez opłat. Ogromnym plusem apartamentu jest przemiły i bardzo pomocny gospodarz Giacomo, który przywitał nas nie tylko wodą, ale i pysznym sycylijskin winem, a następnie był z nami w stałym kontakcie, odpowiadając na bieżąco na wszystkie pytania i służąc radą.

Cons: Nie mamy żadnych uwag! :)
