Sunny bright apartment near the sea and sights

Pros: Mariapia was a very friendly and welcoming host and during our stay suggested different ideas for trips and visits. The property was as described, with kitchen diner, bathroom with shower, and bedroom with double bed, all on one level. We ate a couple of times at Al Gabbiano restaurant overlooking the sea. And as a special meal, we ate at the Domìa Boutique Hotel Mondello, again within easy walking distance of the apartment. We discovered a Bakery called Panifico San Guiseppe with delicious freshly baked bread to walk to daily, and a Conad City supermarket nearby.

Immaculately clean property with very friendly and helpful owners

Pros: The property was immaculate, it was very clean. The outside space was lovely and the owners have a very cute dog - he is very friendly and likes to play through the gate.

Cons: The only minor thing was that the air conditioning unit was in the hall area and not in the bedroom and it was very hot weather when we were staying there. However, that being said, there are electric shutters on all windows so if you keep them closed during the day (we kept them closed all the time) then it was fine and we just slept with the bedroom door open so the air con could circulate into the bedroom. There also isn’t a washing machine, which I think could be a benefit for most guests - we certainly would have used it.

Pros: Very cozy place, you feel like you are at home. Maria is super caring and kind.

Perfect place if you want to spend time on the Mondello beach everyday

Pros: Maria Pia and her lovely husband are exceptional host, we felt welcomed right away. The apartment is very nice and well equipped. We liked spending time at the spacious terrace. Overall, we left very satisfied with our stay here! Thanks you :)

Beautiful and clean property in great location.

Pros: The property is immaculate, the host greeted me on arrival, and accommodated an early check in as I was attending a family ceremony. Off street secure parking, and a peaceful location.

Cons: Nothing, this was the perfect place to stay for my needs.

Pros: Apartment was beautiful and very clean. Warm welcome by hosts, we arrived quite late due to a delay in flights but they were very flexible. Great location. Beach close by.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at this holiday apartment. It's in a quiet area, and the beach is just a short walk away. The terrace is a lovely spot to relax, and the host was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome!
