Very comfortable, friendly - Like Home.

Pros: If you want to feel pure sicilian hospitality, this is the place for you. Gianluca is a great host. We felt like home. Fully equipped appartement. Only a few minutes walk to the ocean promenade and to the harbour in the center (thursday market). 20 Minute walk to the Train Station (directly Connection to Palermo City and airport - trenitalia).

Pros: The apartment was spacious and beautifully designed, but what truly made it unforgettable were the views. Every morning, I enjoyed breakfast while looking out at the mountains, and from the other side of the apartment you can admire the sea. I completely fell in love with this place. If I ever have the chance to return, I would choose this villa again without hesitation. The whole area is calm, quiet, and perfect for anyone who needs to relax, unwind, and disconnect from everyday life.

Cons: There was nothing negative about the stay. The kitchen was a bit colder, but that’s completely understandable since I stayed in Sicily during the winter months, so you have to expect that. Of course, there is air conditioning in the bedroom, so you can easily warm up the kitchen if needed.

Pros: The host is very nice and smiling. He showed us around the entire apartment. The rooms are very nice and large. Kitchen fully equipped. The possibility of using a washing machine. We recommend this place! 😊

Cons: It was very rainy for one night and water was pouring in through a leaky window, but it wasn't very bothersome.

Pros: Everything we needed, and having a washing machine was fantastic! Great balcony as well with Mountain View

Spacious apartment with a terrace and sea view

Pros: The size and equipment of the apartment, the large terrace with a sea view, and the English-speaking host (a big plus in Italy).

Cons: Parking only on the street in front of the apartment (paid and not always available), the accommodation would need some maintenance (especially the bathroom), and the nearby beach has a problematic entrance.

Excellent

Pros: Excellent host, made us feel very welcome and gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. The apartment was spacious and clean and had excellent facilities including a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Great location, very close to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby - the best pizza was at the Zio Fe Pizzeria which I highly recommend.

Cons: A couple of times the power went out, but this was quickly fixed. Other than that, we had no issues during our stay.

A nice spacious apartment in a good location.

Pros: Great space. Lovely balcony with a view to the sea. Really well located for the beach and the local town.

Cons: A couple of extra pillows would have been welcome. Also some information about the locality/places to see.

Pros: Gianluca provided useful information when we arrived. From the apartment the sunset view is stunning and sea is close by.

Nice Lovely stay

Pros: The property is well-maintained and offers great value for money. It is conveniently located close to the beach and city center. The hosts were lovely, and their response time was very quick.

Pros: The host is truly welcoming and friendly. His property is very clean and spacious and surrounded by amazing nature. It was a pleasure staying here.
