Veranda sul Mare

Pros: This was an excellent home away from home. We enjoyed the location and the home itself. It felt instantly comfortable and we were able to settle into a lovely holiday in Castellamare. Thoroughly recommend. The balcony is a huge bonus - to have such space in a holiday home and to be able to enjoy the night sky and the warm air, listening to the buzz of the town.

Pros: Such a beautiful property. The views of the sea over the piazza are exceptional and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Central apartment with a great sea viewterrace

Pros: The location is great - so central to everything. Fantastic terrace with a sea view. We had plenty of space for two (although we moved the table from the centre of the living space to beside the cupboard near the entrance). Great having a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster which you don't always find. All the basics like washing up liquid, cleaning materials, salt oil, pepper were provided. Its a very short walk to the main street where there are lots of restaurants , and to the seafront. We stayed for just short of two weeks and decided this is the best location in town. Below the apartment is a restaurant and a bakery and across the road a fruit and veg market. We loved the buzz of all the goings on in the street below. We didn't have any issues parking but I imagine this could be different in high season. The weather was warm for October whilst we were there and we did use the air conditioning at night.

Cons: Its all stairs up to the apartment. We didn't mind this but some people might. It would be good to have an airconditioning unit in the bedroom. There is a fan but in the height of summer this wouldn't be enough

Schön, gemütlich und praktisch

Pros: Sehr saubere und grosszügige Unterkunft mit herrlichem Meerblick und schöner Terrasse. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Parkplatzsuche kein Problem, ein Monatsabo für die blaue Zone ist praktisch. Absolut empfehlenswert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cons: Die Abfall- und Glasabfuhr findet fast jeden Morgen sehr früh statt und ist ziemlich laut. Dafür kann die Gastgeberin aber nichts.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit toller Lage und Aussicht

Pros: Eine Wahnsinns-Lage in Meeresnähe. Direkt darunter eine Bäckerei, ein Gemüse-Bauernladen, Restaurants in allen Varianten gleich da. In der geräumigen Wohnung ist für 2-4 Personen alles auch für Selbstversorger vorhanden und in sehr gutem Zustand. Starterpaket mit Wasser, Kaffee für 2 x Bialetti und 2 Kapseln, Zucker, Salz, Essig, Öl und Eiswürfeln aus Aqua Naturale liegt bereit. Auch der Grill war in gutem Zustand.

Cons: Weingläser aus Glas wären schöner gewesen. Die vorhandenen Plastikkelche sind zwar schön, aber ...... Vielleicht hatten die Vornutzer auch schon alles zerdeppert 😉. Aber das ist Kritik auf höchstem Niveau

Pros: Ci é piaciuto tutto,a partire dall'accoglienza della signora,i consigli utili,la gentilezza,la cortesia,la disponibilità Il posto é in una posizione ottima,comoda c'è tutto quello che necessita e a pochi passi dal mare.

Cons: Nulla,é stata una permanenza piacevole e rilassante.

Pros: La casa è molto carina, pulita ed attrezzata. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dalla quale si vede il mare e la sera, nonostante il caldo diurno, è ventilata.Ci siamo accordati, senza problemi, con la proprietaria per il check-in e ci ha anche consigliato degli ottimi posti dove andare a mangiare. La casa è in una posizione centrale, dalla quale si raggiunge facilmente anche il porto. Le uniche cose da tenere in conto sono che non ha l'ascensore e che c'è difficoltà di parcheggio, nelle immediate vicinanze, soprattutto in alta stagione. È sicuramente una casa che consiglio per soggiornare a Castellamare!

Pros: Le cose maggiormente apprezzabili sono l'ampia veranda vista mare e la posizione in centro paese nella parte storica. Molto disponibile la proprietaria. Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche nel ristorantino sotto casa.

Cons: A noi è piaciuto tutto però segnalo che la posizione in centro comporta le seguenti cose: difficoltà a trovare parcheggio e un po' di rumore, dato dal passaggio di auto e motorini

Pros: Fantastyczne położenie,nieoceniony taras,widoki . Mieszkanie w którym jest wszystko co niezbędne.

Cons: Nie było takiej rzeczy .

Pros: Prostorný byt, veliká terasa s krásným výhledem - na jedné straně moře, na druhé hory. Ideální umístění pro návštěvu okolních míst. Parkování se vždy dalo najít. Hostitelka byla velmi milá a vstřícná.
