Nice apartment with good location

Pros: Good location, it was possible to park just in front. The girl at the reception was very nice and responsive. The view from the roof terrace was great. I would recommend it.

Spacious, modern stay near the centre of a lovely town

Pros: The location was great - very quiet but a short walk to the main area. There are lots of stairs to get back from the Main Street to the apartment so I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who can’t handle that. The apartment was spacious and the bed super comfy. Shower was hot and powerful and the balcony was lovely for enjoying the evening sun. We visited in October and for half our trip I think we were the only ones there which was very peaceful. For the quality of our stay it was very cheap and we would definitely return. We didn’t like that the body wash was in individual sachets - not very eco friendly! Would prefer to see a refillable bottle on the wall. Parking was very easy for us right outside, but I can imagine it’s a nightmare in the summer. We appreciated having wine glasses and a bottle opener. We didn’t go to the terrace

Cons: The only negative was the kitchen - it was well equipped but no oil, salt and pepper so we had to buy all of that just for a couple of nights which was annoying. There was also no chopping knife, just regular knives even though there was a chopping board.

Pros: Hotel is in proximity to the main landmarks, restaurants and shops. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. We stayed for 4 days so we got a refill on our toiletries, towels and coffee. View is superb.

Cons: Slow elevator :)

Amazing

Pros: Incredible terrace room looks over the whole town, spacious and very clean. Looks even better than the photos. Stayed 4 nights, room was cleaned after 2nd. Friendly staff. Great location very short walk to restaurant and harbour front. Amazing value for money. Couldn’t recommend enough

Amazing property, central yet quiet.

Pros: This is a great property. It’s been very nicely refurbished, it’s very clean, comfortable and overall amazing value for the money. The views from the terrace are spectacular and the lady that owns the property is amazing! I highly recommend it and I’ll certainly go back! Thank you!

Comfortable, nice place. 5 minutes from the sea in a typical and small village.

Pros: Sea view and big room. After 2 days they also tidied up the room changing the towels.

Perfect location and comfy stay

Pros: Perfect place 5 minutes away from the city center and the beach. It is a renovated building, the rooms are spacious, and the kitchen has all the utensils if you want to cook. We had a little balcony with a sea view. It was absolutely comfy and we'd go back!

Cons: The walls are apparently very thin because we heard everything - people walking on the staircase, cleaning staff, etc. It was a bit loud on a Sunday morning. Also a suggestion, some salt and oil would be great in the kitchen.

Pros: Amazing view, very new and clean building and room, we loved it! Doña Enza was so nice, warm and welcoming!

Pros: Very nice and modern room with nice beds and a spacious bathroom, pluspoints for the balcony. There is a terrace too that is cozy to take a breakfast in. The hosts were very nice and accommodating too so I will definitely recommend Solemare Casa Vacanze to people I know in the future :)
