A truly special, atmospheric place full of beauty and calm — we had a wonderful and memorable stay.
Pros: A beautiful and atmospheric place with stunning original tiles and very high ceilings that give it a unique, almost monastery like feeling. The space is full of character! It was perfect for two people, and the small kitchenette was very convenient for a one-week stay, especially out of season. We truly loved the atmosphere and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.
Cons: Nothing significant — only that the high ceilings take a little time to warm up, which is understandable given the character of the building.

Pros: Szép, igényesen kialakított lakás, tágas terekkel. Sétatávolságra a belvároshoz. A környező mellékutcákban ingyenes parkolással.
Cons: Az egyik hálószoba a főutcára néz és az erkélyajtót nem lehetett teljesen bezárni, így nagyon zajos volt, a forgalom és az utcai zajongás teljesen behallatszott. A hirdetésben szereplő kis tetőterasz nem a lakás része, hanem két emelettel feljebb, közös terület (de lehet, hogy csak az én elképzelésem volt téves). A wifi a tartózkodásunk alatt nem működött, a szállásadó próbálta javítani, de sajnos nem sikerült. Kicsit több szekrény és nagyobb bögrék jól jönnének.

Gerne wieder, aber ruhig geht anders.
Pros: Sehr hilfsbereit und schnell in der Kommunikation, insgesamt fühlt man sich in der Wohnung und dem Haus sehr schnell sehr wohl. Die Betten waren gut.
Cons: Die Fenster halten kaum Lärm von der Straße ab, der Verkehr lässt aber nachts deutlich nach und ist gut zu ertragen. Problematisch ist allerdings das Geschäft/Lokal im Erdgeschoss, dass erst um 18 Uhr öffnet, aber bis 01.:00 nachts geöffnet hat. Der Lärm war nicht zu überhören und führte zu mehrmaligem Aufwachen! Ohrenstöpsel auf keinen Fall vergessen!

Overall our stay was amazing and would stay here again
Pros: The location is ideal since it’s walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, Mari our host was very friendly/caring and prompt when we needed something. The apartment is spacious with high sellings, beautiful balcony and furniture. Having AC in the unit is nice since sometimes it can get a bit warm outside.
Cons: Parking can be a little difficult since the paid (Blue line) parking can get filled fast but there is free parking about 5-9 min walk to the apartment on the small streets like “Via Guiseppe Verdi” and “Via Mamiani” which have no restrictions as of when we stayed there Sep 2025 Also note that sometimes in this time of the year there can be live music events near that if you are a light sleeper can be difficult since the noice can slightly come through the balcony doors.

Vacanza indimenticabile!
Pros: Siamo stati quest'anno per la prima volta in questo bellissimo appartamento del 1700, rifinito benissimo mantenendo un tocco del passato con le comodità dei nostri tempi moderni. Si trova in una via centrale con tanti negozi, ristoranti, bar, gelaterie, la sera movida con musica e vita notturna. Massimo e Mariangela sono molto ospitali, gentilissimi, pronti ad aiutare in qualsiasi modo e a dare ottimi consigli. Grazie a loro stiamo vivendo una vacanza indimenticabile. Di sicuro torniamo! ❤️

Meravigliosa suite vista mare, soggiorno indimenticabile
Pros: Struttura ristrutturata di recente con grande cura, mantenendo quanto possibile dell’elegante palazzo settecentesco. La suite è ampia, arredata con gusto e con un amabile terrazzino vista mare. Ricca di ogni comfort, è centralissima e permette di muoversi per Castellammare senza prendere mai l’auto. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili a dare consigli utili per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile.
Cons: Praticamente nulla.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux et très bien équipé. Sa localisation en plein centre-ville est un vrai atout : tout est à proximité, ce qui facilite vraiment le quotidien. Le quartier est vivant, ce qui apporte aussi une certaine atmosphère agréable. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !
